Villa Bellavista-Wonderful view

Villa Bellavista is located in Albisano, a locality on the first hill of Torri del Banaco, about 300 meters above sea level, which offers a view of the lake from a privileged and very panoramic position. The villa, which is surrounded by a completely fenced 3,000 square meter garden, is located in a slightly raised position and allows you to see the center of the town and a broad overview of the lake. The position is very sunny but also well ventilated and allows for very relaxing stays in complete tranquility and privacy.

The villa is furnished with slightly dated but still functional furniture and for this reason it is offered at a very advantageous price and is suitable for those seeking a holiday in peace and privacy without spending a lot.

The garage and parking area are adjacent to the access road, from here a staircase leads down to the villa. From the large panoramic terrace you enter directly into the dining area/kitchen and from here you have access to a room with a double bed while a small procedure allows us to reach the second double bedroom and the bathroom.

On the left we find the large living room furnished with a sofa and a dining table dominated by the large fireplace. From here you enter the third double bedroom. to the bedroom with two single beds and the second bathroom.

The villa is furnished with slightly dated but still functional furniture and for this reason it is offered at a very advantageous price and is suitable for those seeking a holiday in peace and privacy without spending a lot.

The house is equipped with TV and Wi-Fi, towels and sheets are provided included in the price.

Dinks, food and no consumables (soaps, shampoos, etc.) are not provided.

Check-in is from 16.00pm to 20.00pm. For late check-in a fee of 30.00 Euros is required, to be paid on arrival.

Check-out is before 10:00am.

Early check-ins or late check-outs can only be confirmed the day before.

Very nice stay, beautiful view

We stayed with 7 people for five nights. The house offers enough space for all, has all equipment that’s needed and gives a great view on the lake from the balcony. The interior has its charme of earlier years :-), but everything works well and is super clean. Beds are comfortable.

Schönes Haus mit Potenzial

Das Haus hat eine sehr schöne Lage und bietet einen wunderbaren Blick auf den Gardasee! Im großen und ganzen kann man gut leben in dem Haus, wäre da nicht diese total veralteten Bäder! Diese sind auf dem Stand der 80er Jahre und in keinem guten Zustand! Das Mobiliar hat seine guten Zeiten hinter sich! Leider war die untere Terrasse auch nicht sauber gemacht und lud nicht zum verweilen ein!

this property is old. the water pressure is low, the hot water is limited and the bathtub/showers are waiting for an accident to happen. overall, the place was clean, the veranda view was great, and it was a well stocked kitchen with dishes, glasses and pots and pans. The oven and stove would not ignite so we couldnt cook and it says it has a microwave which it did not! No washer and the bathrooms were not stocked with any soaps, however, the property managered delivered some the next day. it is in a fine location but not walkable to much but walkable to a bar and a very small market. No heat in Italy in October so the house was quite cold at night. Also, 30 steps down from the driveway and the furniture is not very comfortable. overall, i would give this stay a C Nothing terrible but nothing great.

Toller Ausblick und reichlich Platz

Wir haben mit der Familie eine tolle Woche in Albisano verbracht. Wir waren insgesamt 6 Erwachsene und jeder hatte ausreichend Platz, da in dem Haus insgesamt 8 vollwertige Betten vorhanden sind. Besonders schön war der tolle Ausblick auf dem Gardasee von der Terasse, wo man einen grandiosen Sonnenuntergang beobachten konnte. Das Haus war mit allem Nötigen gut ausgestattet und entsprach voll der Beschreibung. Da die Heizung in Betrieb, war es Abends auch nicht zu kühl. Mit dem Fernseher konnte man nur italienisches Fernsehn empfangen, was für uns aber nicht relevant war. Durch ein ausreichendes WLan war sogar das Streamen von Filmen möglich. Ein wenig könnte die Beleuchtung verbessert werden. Einige Lampen waren defekt, das Licht in der Küche und auf der Terrasse war etwas spärlich, was den insgesamt positiven Eindruck aber nicht schmälern soll. Auch die Lage war toll. Das Haus liegt am Orstsrand am Hang mit super Ausblick und einen schönen Garten. Fußläufig ist man in ca. 5 Minuten im kleinen Ortskern von Albisano. Dort gibt es neben eingigen Restaurants auch eine kleine Osteria wo man auch Waren des täglichen Bedarfs kaufen kann. Hier haben wir uns morgens unsere Brötchen geholt. Mit einer kleinen Wanderung von 30-45 Minuten gelangt man zum Zentrum von Tori del Benacio, was 400 Höhenmeter tiefer, unmittelbar am See liegt. Hier gibt es zahlreiche Geschäfte und Restaurants. Von hier aus kann man z.B. auch mit einer Autofähre auf die Westseite des Sees fahren. Mit dem Auto gelangt man in ca. 1 Stunde nach Verona und 2 Stunden nach Venedig.
