  • Our luxury 3 bedroom villa sleeps 6 and is furnished to a very high standard. To the rear is a delightful south facing outdoor space with swimming pool, high quality terrace furniture and 4 sun-beds.
    There is a large, covered terrace with quality rattan sofa, armchairs and coffee table and coordinating 6-seater dining table.
    The fitted kitchen features an induction hob, electric fan oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. The living room includes dining table and large plasma screen T.V. with Wi-Fi TV box to include British T.V. channels.
    On the first floor the spacious master bedroom has a kingsize bed, ensuite shower room and walk-in wardrobe. Bedroom 2 has a kingsize bed, and bedroom 3 has twin beds, both with ample wardrobe space. Bedroom 1 has a en suite shower room. There is a second shower room on the first floor and a third W.C. & shower room on the ground floor.
    The villa is air conditioned and a gas combi boiler provides instant hot water and heating in colder months. The owner leaves golf clubs available for use & a BBQ.
    The villa is situated on the 5-star Polaris World Mar Menor Golf Resort with the 18-hole golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus. There is a driving range, chipping/putting green and a pro shop. This gated community is ideal for families and golfers. On the resort there are restaurants and bars within the golf/hotel complex and ‘Club MMGR’ within the resort offers pádel tennis courts, a gym with class timetable, adventure mini-golf and restaurant/bar. The resort has a good-sized Spar supermarket a short walk from the Villa.
    Just off the resort, and within walking distance, El Boulevard has numerous restaurants and bars. The nearest beaches are just a 12-minute drive away in Los Alcázares, a seaside town on the Mar Menor, which has many restaurants, bars and shops and a pleasant 2.5 mile promenade. Both Los Alcázares and Torre Pacheco have a selection of supermarkets. Within a 30-40 minute drive there are many other golf courses including Hacienda del Alamo, El Valle, Roda, La Manga Club, Hacienda Riquelme and La Serena. The Resort is only a 30- minute drive from Murcia-Corvera airport (RMU) and approximately 1 hour from Alicante, making it easily accessible.

    Aircon is on a meter, with 20€ per week provided within the rental cost. Extra credit can be purchased from the property manager if required.

Wonderful stay

Spotless villa with everything you can need for a self catering holiday. Check in was seamless the resort is clean quiet with lots of choice of food and drinks only minutes away. Beds comfortable outside furniture modern clean and ideal for families. Highly recommend , we will be back!

Fantastic Villa - Enjoyable stay

We had a great time at this Villa. Great communication with Property Manager made prep for holiday stress free. The villa was exactly as described - everything is quality. Lovely refreshing pool, easy walk to local Spar shop and strip of eateries. Gated community provides security. Fully recommend to anyone and hope to stay again in the future. Beach at Mil Palmeras well worth a visit - 20 mins drive from Villa

Beautiful villa

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The villa was lovely and clean and very well equipped. Loved that we had use of beach chairs and parasols. Plenty of places to go round about and Dawn the property manager was very helpful in telling us of a great beach to go to. Nothing was a problem and communication from booking to leaving the villa was excellent. We would love to come back and stay again. A lovely relaxing time had by all.

Great well appointed Villa both inside and outside.

We have been to this resort many times before as we enjoy the golf, region and facilities. This is a Great well appointed Villa both inside and outside. The owners have clearly invested in the property to make it more than a home from home. I particularly like the spacious outdoor area and pool where outdoor furniture has both style and comfort to match the inside. Thank you Helen and Jim for letting us stay in your wonderful villa and for your flexibility and prompt communication. We hope to return again.

A fantastic fortnight

We chose this villa from the fabulous pictures and we were certainly not disappointed! The property was in a great location and looked fantastic. The decor, cleanliness and the quality of the furnishings was first class and the area to the rear of the property was private and not overlooked. The pool was a great size and the patio furniture of a high quality. Everything we needed was at hand and the kitchen in particular was pleasantly equipped with good quality utensils and crockery - we wanted for nothing Communication from start to finish was first class from Helen and also the villa Managers - Thank you so much. We would certainly return without a shadow of a doubt.

The photographs of this villa are beautiful but in reality, the villa is even better! Communication with the host and property manager was excellent and we were so grateful to be given an early check in. The villa itself is extremely comfortable, with high quality furniture, particularly the outdoor furniture - this was the most comfortable outdoor area we have ever enjoyed on a holiday! The pool was spotlessly clean, as was the interior of the villa. We had a wonderful holiday and could not have asked for more (except maybe for a few more weeks there!) I would not hesitate to recommend and we very much hope to return! Thank you so much!

Lovely Villa with Brilliant Outdoor Space

This was our fourth stay in different villas at Mar Menor Golf however Jim and Helen’s villa was by far the best in terms of quality and the all important outside space. The villa has comfy beds, and a very well equipped kitchen. The air conditioning was very welcome as were the newly installed ceiling fans in the master bedroom and living room. The real gem though for us was the lovely outside space with its comfortable furniture and different areas for shade or sun. The furniture, whilst good quality, was light enough so that we could move it to the sun or shade quite easily. This meant we could make the most of the beautiful garden and pool lighting in the evenings. Dawn, the villa manager, was lovely and very helpful. Villa owner Jim responded very promptly to queries and was a delight to communicate with. We had a superb week at Jim and Helen’s villa and it would be our first choice for our next holiday.

Con sorpresa!

La casa en general estaba bien, se notaba que le falta un poco de mantenimiento/limpieza pero aceptable. Lo malo es que el día de la llegada me llego un mensaje del propietario diciendo que había que pagar 120€ en negro a la señora de la limpieza nada más llegar. Los pagamos para poder entrar en la casa y al cuarto día el aire acondicionado no iba y también nos pedían pagar un cargo adicional para que volviera a funcionar y como nos negamos nos lo dieron sin coste ya que no se especifica en el anuncio. La estancia en general ha sido agradable y para unos días de vacaciones la casa está muy bien.

El propietario nos intentó quitar 120€ sin aviso previo por sus gastos de limpieza, siendo el alojamiento todo incluido , la casa se anuncia con barbacoa y carece de ella. Por lo demás todo muy bien, la casa muy bonita y bien equipada, la urbanización muy tranquila y muy segura.

On a réservé au début pour 10 nuits..Franchement ce lieu est plus beau en réalité que sur les photos. Pour cela, on a prolongé de 4 nuits..Au total on y est resté 14 nuits. Je recommanderai cette villa sans aucune réserve.

La peor experiencia.

La reserva estaba pagada para los días 31 de Julio al 10 de Agosto (pero por petición del propietario se nos indica que tenemos que entrar a partir del día 2 de Agosto hasta el día 12 por la supuesta "desinfección por Covid-19", esta desinfección nunca se realizó por parte del propietario ya que nos encontramos al entrar todo sucio. Tenemos fotos que lo corroboran. Acordamos con el propietario para poder entrar a las 00:00 am y cuando llegamos al lugar no había llaves y no pudimos entrar en la casa hasta las 04:00 am que conseguimos hablar con la keyholder, hubo un problema de información entre ella y el propietario. Aquel día cuando entramos nos acostamos a las 08:00 am limpiando y desinfectando todo, los de seguridad del resort por aquella fatídica noche ya hasta nos conocen. La limpieza de la casa no solo duró hasta las ocho de la mañana sino que continuó al día siguiente, había hasta restos de comida en la nevera. Todavía estamos esperando a que vengan a limpiar la piscina (hemos estado 10 noches sin que hicieran un mantenimiento adecuado). Estuvimos un día entero con una fuga de un vecino echando agua a nuestro patio y a la piscina. Por otro lado, nunca se nos ha enseñado el funcionamiento de la casa (luces, etc..) El aire acondicionado tiene un sistema de prepago con tarjetas (cosa de la que no se te informa.) Estuvimos toda una noche sin aire acondicionado pasando calor porque el crédito se acabó (a pesar de que pagas una elevada cantidad de dinero por el alquiler de la casa), se lo comentamos tanto al propietario como al keyholder y nos comentó únicamente el keyholder que no se encontraba disponible (tuvimos que pasar la noche sin aire acondicionado, ni nada que nos proporcione un descanso confortable como ponía en el anuncio. El último día CUANDO ME DISPONÍA A DUCHARME ME DÍ CUENTA DE QUE EL AGUA SE ESTANCABA Y EN LA DUCHA DEL BAÑO DE LA PLANTA BAJA HABÍA HECES!!!! FUIMOS CORRIENDO A UN SUPERMERCADO PARA COMPRAR PRODUCTOS PARA DESATASCAR LAS TUBERÍAS YA QUE EL PROPIETARIO NO NOS CONTESTABA.(MAS GASTOS). Desde el primer día que entramos avisamos de que olía mal las cañerías del baño de abajo y de que se producían estancamientos de agua en el baño principal como respuesta y solución sin éxito a esto nos indican que simplemente echemos lejía sin dar una solución apropiada. TENEMOS TODO LO COMENTADO ANTERIORMENTE EN FOTOS Y VIDEOS . En resumidas cuentas muchos problemas a los que no ponen soluciones apropiadas ni inmediatas.

Lovely Villa

Very nice villa with everything you could need. Pool and facilities were excellent. Would highly recommend, also great communication from booking all the way through to the holiday from the owners.

Amazing property

We had a great time at the villa. The outdoor space and furniture is lovely. A lot of thought has gone in to the decor to ensure that it is very comfortable. The villa manager, Dawn, was very attentive, and Jim was easy to contact and always speedy with his replies. A great villa that we would recommend.
