"Perfect cozy stay! The space was large enough for two, private, and the location was perfect! Near enough to be accessible to everything, but far enough away to avoid noise and traffic. Space was perfectly decorated! We loved that there was no TV! Staff was also very helpful!"

"No water fountain!! Why should guests have to buy water in plastic bottles. How hard is it to install water fountain. Otherwise superbly maintained, hotel lobby and room in top condition. Gives a Vegas vibe. Java cafe and exile are good dining options. Great location!"

"My brother’s car was one of at least 3 cars to have its window broken and car broken into in the parking lot this week alone. Other hotels in the area have security guards in their parking lots. This hotel doesn’t. Other hotels have signs to alert you that St. John’s has a high rate of car break ins. This hotel doesn’t. Staff went to clean the glass before my brother even found out his window was broken. The police came as there was blood on his vehicle and around the ground near it. And they...

"The room was very clean other than they have carpet and I never feel like carpet is really clean. The lobby and hotel inside were very clean and well kept. However the outside could be made to look abit nicer. The one thing that I felt could have been better is having security near the main front door to try to keep the homeless people from begging to guests at the front door. It made me feel uncomfortable around the hotel grounds. But again I understand there isn’t much that can be done about...
