    Situado en una ubicación privilegiada, a menos de 100 metros de la hermosa playa y del parque, y a solo 15 minutos a pie del ecléctico centro de Torquay.
    La casa ha sido decorada con muebles de calidad y ofrece una sensación de espacio y lujo.
    Esta casa tiene 2 salas de estar separadas, lo que la hace ideal para familias.
    Las 3 habitaciones han sido equipadas con ropa de cama de calidad de hotel, por lo que todo lo que necesita hacer es subir con su maleta y cepillo de dientes.

    Desde el momento en que entras en la casa, quedarás impresionado.
    La planta baja cuenta con 2 salas de estar separadas, un comedor y una magnífica cocina grande que ha sido equipada con electrodomésticos de calidad.
    La lavandería y el tocador también se encuentran en la planta baja.
    Arriba, consta de 3 dormitorios grandes, uno con un gran baño moderno y ducha doble. Ambos baños tienen secador de pelo para su comodidad.
    Dos habitaciones tienen camas king size y 1 habitación tiene 2 x camas individuales (esto puede convertirse en una cama king a un costo adicional).
    En el exterior, en el patio privado, hay un nuevo y encantador entorno de 6 plazas al aire libre y barbacoa.
    La casa tiene 2 sistemas divididos que lo hacen ideal para todas las estaciones.
    La sala de estar principal cuenta con un fuego de leña para los días fríos de invierno.

Fabulous home in Torquay

This property had everything that we wanted for our stay in Torquay. It had a beautiful relaxed feel and was close to the beach. The property team were fabulous with communication and replied to messages promptly.

Lovely Torquay but hot house.

The property looked lovely and the location was excellent but the main room was very noisy and the upstairs was hot while sleeping, the split system upstairs was inadequate did not reach the rooms, ceiling fans would of been a better option. It would be dreadful in summer. Not happy about hidden cost when questioned about it we did not get a response.

We had a lovely long weekend in this property. Very high spec, everything we needed and more was supplied. Couldn’t fault a thing. Lovely location to beach but need a car for other amenities.

Relaxing Holiday Home

We really enjoyed staying at this property. It’s a lovely home to walk into and relax in. I loved having the fire on - and so easy to use. It was very clean and it had everything that we required, and everything worked wonderfully, the garden and outlook was lovely. It was close to the shops - only a quick drive and also a stone’s throw to the beach for walks. My daughter loves surfing so it was great to be near various surf breaks. The level of information and responsiveness of the property manager were also excellent. Would definitely stay again. A fantastic property. Thank you!

Perfect Property

This property is perfectly located within a short walk to the beach, walking trails, cafes and Torquay central. The property was clean and very well stocked with everything that you need for a short or long stay. High quality fixtures & furnishings. I would highly recommend this property, one of the best I have stayed in.

A home that seemed warm & inviting as soon as you walk in. Everything just seemed to work for us, it was a lovely space. Would happily return and hopefully get nicer weather !

Great location in Torquay and the beach

Modern home within walking distance of some great walking tracks and the beach. Enjoyable long walk along the beach into the town. Was very warm when we visited (35 degrees) and the bedrooms were a little warm overnight, but everything else was great.

Perfect Countryside Home

Well equipped kitchen and rooms which were very clean and there were sufficient toiletries such as toilet paper, towels, shampoo and conditioner for everyone in the house. The location was very near the town centre and close to supermarkets which was very convenient for us, even a 5min walk to the beach which we frequented. We would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Torquay!

Perfect large house for our girls weekend. Spacious, well secured and minimum traffic/neighbour noise. Super comfy beds with quality linen. Kitchen & dining areas with everything for gourmet cooks.

Amazing weekend getaway

The whole process of booking, communicating with the property manager, payments and accessing the accommodation was very simple. The property itself was beyond our expectations and was fabulous. The kitchen was extremely well equipped with sharp knives, plenty of cooking equipment and crockery and the layout of the property was brilliant. Everyone had their own space if needed and were able to enjoy the weekend together in this beautiful location the beach!

Nice house. Good location.

Very nice house! Walking distance to the beach. Kitchen fully equipped with everything you might need. It was a bit rainy during our stay so enjoyed the space and comfort indoors specially since we were with three children. Great fireplace added extra warmth. Only downfall is the road a bit too noisy since it is a straight access to the Esplanade just a few metres away.
