Family friendly 18th century, Laleham House is situated in the middle of the vibrant twin villages of Kingsand and Cawsand. The property is close to nearby parking and access to all the beaches, pubs and cafe's literally within a stones throw.

A spacious, comfortable, child friendly, holiday home sleeping 8 over 4 bedrooms. 2 Ensuite showers and 1 family bathroom, plus 2 cosy TV rooms giving the adults some precious me time. A log burner takes the chill of the winter nights. Fully equipped to a high standard for all your family's needs. Paddle boards, beach toys and BBQ are all provided.

Enjoy evening drinks on the lovely sun terrace at the top of the garden with fabulous sea views over the bay as far as Plymouth Sound and Dartmoor.

The long expanse of Whitsand Bay is very close by, just over the hill, and offers miles of sandy beaches and dramatic rock formations.

This attractive, large, Georgian house is brilliantly set up for 2 families or a multi-generational break. You can be assured of a great holiday..

Laleham is a lovely comfortable house,very well equipped and good for families. We liked having three sittings areas,so that various activities could go on at the same time. Thank you for the beautiful flowers. We hoppe to stay here again.

Excellent property in perfect location. Thing to be aware of is that sun terrace is at top of steep steps but beautiful beach only a stones throw away anyway. Property itself perfectly equipped for a week away. Have been to Kingsand/ Cawsand every year for last 5-6 years and best property stopped in so far out of them all.

Perfect location in simple unspoilt village. Not the place for people looking for lots of restaurants, shops or even a bakery open every day but ideal for families who just want the beach, the sea and rock pools. Laleham House was well-equipped and comfortable

Laleham House has been a brilliant find for my sister and I - we come to this location every year with our two families and this house was perfectly proportioned to be together but not on top of one another. We are a range of ages so not everybody is up and active at the same time! As it is a family home all the extra things you could need have been thought about - space for clothes and hanging things, a kitchen with all the utensils, outside space front and back for kicking off & rinsing wet sandy bits.... even a tranquil top terrace with sea view to escape the children! Beds were all super comfortable - rooms are much much more spacious than the photographs are able to show!! ALL the bathrooms and showers were blissful with plentiful hot water. Two sitting rooms, plenty of dining space.... The location was great as it's literally in the middle of the two villages and beaches. Communication before we arrived was great - very clear instructions and champagne and a huge coffee cake to welcome had a couple of queries during the week and Nik was super prompt replying and helping always. We unanimously agreed this has been one of our favourite properties to stay in so I know we will be booking again!! Thank you so much

We booked Laleham House at the last minute following exam results and our week turned into the best family holiday possible. Excellent facilities and a truly magical location. Highly recommended.
