The parking garage had the most horrific smell of sewer, and the room was not cleaned so they tried to spray something to mask the smell but it was the equivalent smelling a barbershop/axe body spray on your sheets. "Room was spacious and quiet. Clean. Balcony was nice to have but only one chair, kinda run down on outside of the building. Balconies are not maintained. One King West Hotel & Residence
"The Hotel itself looked wonderful. Our first day, night and next day we had no hot water. It wasn’t until the second night that they moved us. Said they would give us a discount but we still payed over 1400.00 for three nights. We won’t go back."
