  • Cozy private suite in my home, located in the basement with its own separate entrance, bedroom, living room, kitchen, and bathroom. Guests also have access to free on-site parking. Conveniently close to Pearson Airport (10-15 min), Humber College, local shops, restaurants, and parks. The space is clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped for short or longer visits, making it ideal for travelers, students, or anyone exploring Toronto.

    Kitchen: Stove, small refrigerator, microwave, toaster, blender/smoothie maker, and cooking utensils, dishes, and basic cookware for easy meal prep.

    Laundry: In-suite washer and dryer for your convenience.

    Parking: Free on-site parking is available.

    Airport Pickup: Airport pickup can be arranged for an additional fee (please inquire when booking).

    This suite has its own private entrance, offering both privacy and comfort. Conveniently located near Pearson Airport, Humber College, shops, restaurants, and parks.

    Guests will have private use of the entire basement suite, including the bedroom, bathroom, living/sitting area, kitchen and all listed amenities. The only area not accessible is the storage space and shared laundry. Free on-site parking is included, and a private entrance ensures easy, independent access throughout your stay.

Best bang for the buck!I saved quite a bit of money staying here even though I was hesitant to try it out as it was a bit further than where I spend most of my time. Highway traffic turned out to be much better than expected (I spend most of my days in west Mississauga) and it only ever got bad for one or two exits at most, so proved quicker to get back at the end of the day than other places I stayed that were geographically closer.There's a nice trail nearby on the Humber river that I enjoyed a couple times. Also, a bus stop right outside the front door if you need that.This place has A/C, onsite laundry, wifi, parking, and a kitchen. Nothing is shared either, totally private. Everything I needed.The only real negative was sometimes you'd hear kid noises, not crying or anything, and never during hours you'd be trying to sleep, but just some sounds that could get a bit bothersome to me if I was trying to concentrate on something. But there are bathroom and kitchen fans to block it out, so I did that.Nice hosts as well. Recommended.
