This beautiful, modern condo is in the Pantages Tower, in one of the most central locations in the entire city, only steps away from the Toronto Eaton Centre. Featuring 2 separate Queen bedrooms (one with an ensuite), engineered hardwood floors, and floor to ceiling windows, that offer tons of natural light and spectacular views of the city. Plus, there's a common space rooftop patio, where you can watch the heart of Toronto from 44 storeys above.

The Space:
Pantages Tower is nestled on Victoria Street, just out of the way of the Yonge and Church area's main bustle. You can enjoy a quieter at home setting, while being just minutes from the excitement and enjoyment of the city. Nestled in Toronto’s Church Street Corridor, you'll be walking distance from restaurants and clubs, nightlife, Eaton Centre, plus parks, and Queen Street’s exciting music scene.

This is one of the most recognizable towers in the city with its stylish blend of concrete and glass. The suites in this building have set the benchmark for Toronto condos with engineered hardwood, open concept layouts, kitchen islands, and floor to ceiling windows. You'll love the spacious 2 bedrooms, each with a Queen sized bed and laptop friendly dedicated workstation. There's a smart TV for your entertainment, and free wifi is included. The kitchen is fully equipped and has top-of-the-line appliances, and there's dining space for 4 at the table. We've even got in suite laundry machines to make your stay more comfortable.

Enjoy the spectacular city views from your perch on the 27th floor. The floor to ceiling windows let in tons of natural light and offer unbeatable views of Toronto's downtown core. It's central to public transit too, being surrounded by multiple subway stations, and also a few important streetcar lines that make traveling around downtown Toronto a breeze.

The building also offers a terrace, located on the 5th floor. You'll need the fob to gain access. In order to get there, after you get out of the elevator, turn right and continue down the hall until you see a door in front of unit #501. This door goes straight to the terrace. Open 7am to 9pm

It's central to public transit too, being surrounded by multiple subway stations, and also a few important streetcar lines that make traveling around downtown Toronto a breeze.

Getting Around:
Getting around from the Pantages Tower is easy because it stands at the apex of several different public transit lines. It’s perfectly in-between Dundas and Queen subway stations, which are both part of the Yonge-University Line. The Toronto Subway is capable of taking you to the different districts in the city. You can easily travel to North York, Etobicoke, and Scarborough thanks to the Line 1 extension that was completed in 2017.

If you’re pondering more local public transit, both Dundas and Queen Streets have streetcar lines that travel down their respective streets. These are both great options for getting around the downtown core.

Are you a driver? Then you’re in luck too because the Gardiner Expressway is easily accessible.

The Gardiner travels along Toronto’s lakefront, making it your gateway to the trendy neighbourhoods along the southern part of downtown. It’s a great option if you’re heading to the Exhibition Grounds, which is where you’ll need to go if you’re looking to check out a Toronto FC game.

Comfortable outdoor furniture is available for your enjoyment, and you’ll find the pillows neatly stored in the bin on the terrace. We kindly ask that you return the pillows to the storage bin when you’re done. For those who love to grill, there’s a complimentary BBQ available for your use! Just swing by the concierge desk to pick up the BBQ tools.

As a reminder, any damage to the furniture will be charged back to your unit.
