Clean, spacious corner condo unit with parking spot, 1-min walk to Yonge-Sheppard subway station and a short subway ride downtown. With lots of natural light and access to an indoor swimming pool, gym, jacuzzi, sauna, and library. Free wifi & parking spot.

Walking distance to:
- 3 grocery stores (Whole Foods, Longos, Food Basics)
- A shopping centre
- 2 subway stations (South to downtown; East to Fairview Mall)
- Restaurants, patios and cafes
- LA Fitness, GoodLife Fitness
- LCBO

The space
Spacious walk-in closet.
Heating is central in the condo building, and provided between the months of October - May.

Guest access
All guests are required to sign an agreement and register with the building prior to arrival. The unit, balcony and all building amenities are accessible to guests (with the exception of games room, movie room, and party room).

Other things to note
• Please note that a fee of $20/hour will be applied to late check-ins and late checkouts.
• Please remove your outdoor shoes inside the unit.
• No parties or events.
• No smoking inside the unit, including on the balcony.
• No food or drinks in the bedrooms.
• Quiet hour starts at 11 pm.
• Extra blankets, bed linens, pillows, towels are available in the compartment under the bed, and in the guest closet.
• Please dispose of your waste before departure.
• Waste must be sorted out into compost, recycle and garbage.
• Garbage disposal room is next to the elevator.

Please do not dispose of boxes, long objects and bulky trash in the chute. Those items should be taken down to level G and disposed of in the public garbage space (in the back next to the garage entrance).

Pros: Condo is a great size, area and location is great, the gym is very nice and equiped with everything you need to work out. Sauna and pool were nice too. Owner was easy to connect with. Cons: I walked into a unit that was not clean I took mulitple pictures and sent to the owner. The owner refunded the cleaning fees but regardless i had to clean the unit myself. I also had to get my own sheets, coffee machine and cleaning materials to clean the condo. The sheets looked like they were used, the coffee machine was filthy (hense why I went to get my own). The pictures showed a table and chairs to eat at and this was missing. It took almost 2 weeks to have a table and chairs dilivered. The owner said the last tenants damaged this, but they really should have provided this type of information when renting. I picked this spacific condo for some of its features: location, ameniteis (movie room/games room), gym and hot tub. The hot tub was out of order the entire time I was there which was just over 1 month and I was told I was not able to uses the amenities without the owner present. These two things were very disappointing.
