Looking for a place to stay for more then a night? DO NOT COME HERE! The pictures on the ad look great. However staying at this place is deceiving. In the kitchen, which I thought was shared for all guests, was only used for storing your food and drinks in the fridge. There is a note on the stove that reads 'NO COOKING'. In the ad there is no mention of not being able to cook in the kitchen but yet there is a picture of the kitchen without the no cooking note. You will never know this in time because once you reserve your room, your credit card is charged and there are no refunds. I had to go out and buy food every night for dinner and leftovers for my lunch the next day. The bathroom I used was dirty! The sink and the toilet were disgusting! Garbages piled up and not thrown out my entire stay! There were bugs in the bathroom as well as my room. There are pictures of a supposed common area right as you come through the front entrance. He must of forgot to update his pictures on here because no such room existed as he turned it into another bedroom. Don't post pictures of what your space looks like and then in person that is not the case! Very deceiving on his part! All the other negative reviews I read on here describe what I'm describing in this review. Again if you are looking for a place that is dirty, doesn't let you cook on the stove whatsoever and has a lot of bugs? Then by all means book a room with him!!!

The owner was friendly, the bed was clean, and there was secure access to both the house and our individual room. Unfortunately, these are the only positives of our stay. The cleanliness of the bathrooms was unacceptable. The sinks were covered in grime and loose hairs, the showers looked like they hadnt been cleaned in weeks, and generally had an unpleasant urine smell. The kitchen only allowed use of the microwave, which felt misleading because of the picture of the entire kitchen provided in the photo gallery of the property. The dishes available for public use were not very clean and the scrub for the dishes looked like it had been growing bacteria for months. The house had an overall unpleasant odor of feet and mold as well. It's a shame leaving this review because the owner seems friendly. I unfortunately would not recommend this stay.

Most likely the most quiet place I've stayed. The room is spacious and the bed firm and comfortable. I just stayed for the night though would return for any jobs in the area. Parking is not a problem.
