The space:

Comfortably furnished with a new queen size Tempur-pedic bed, large leather sectional couch, smart 55" Samsung Frame TV with Netflix, lots of windows and blinds. A good size table allows for dining and workspace, Wifi high-speed internet, mirrored closet with hangers and clothes storage, luggage rack. Premium allergen protective pillow covers and linens are used to ensure you have a great night's sleep!

Kitchenette:

The kitchenette includes a toaster oven, microwave, compact fridge, and Keurig coffee maker for coffee or tea. Essentials such as dishes, cutlery, and disposable options are provided. Coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, and filtered water are included.

Bathroom:

The spacious bathroom features a walk-in porcelain shower with bench, comfort-height toilet, vanity sink, built-in shelving, hotel-quality towels, and toiletries.

The Patio:

Step outside to your sun-kissed patio area, surrounded with flowers and greenery—the perfect place to relax, dine, or unwind. Enjoy views of the landscaped garden and pool.

Parking:
One dedicated parking space is included.

Guest access:

Entry is via the backyard through a secure Yale keypad lock. Check-in instructions will be provided prior to arrival.

Excellent location between Bathurst Street and Yonge Street, close to Major Mackenzie. Within walking distance to transit, restaurants, cafés, and pubs. Mackenzie Health Richmond Hill Hospital is just a few minutes away.
