One bedroom suite located on the second floor of Victorian house newly renovated chic designer stylish highlight with 3D floor and wall. Fully furnished with modern furniture, full equipped kitchen, 40 inches flat screen TV with 280+ channels cable TV and high speed internet with WI-FI.
Walking: 1 minute to No Frills Grocery store, 5 mins to lake, 1 min to King Streetcar, 5 mins to Queen St. W., 20 mins to Ontario Place.
It is 5 km. from CN tower by Gardiner Expy and 20 km. from the airport.

SPACE
Feel like home with the space in Victorian-style home on the second floor of the house surrounding the area with many detached houses. Enjoy unlimited high speed free Wi-Fi, TV Plus cable package with 280+ channels on 40 inches flat screen TV. Relax in the luxury queen size bed and 500 thread counts bed linens and enjoy cooking meals in the open concept modern full equipped kitchen.

GUEST ACCESS
Access to everything inside the suite. I provide towels, linens and some essentials. Everything you see in the unit is for you to use on your stay. Complementary: bottles of water, soft drinks, coffee, Tea and all condiments.

LAUNDRY AND PARKING
** Washer and Dryer are provided in the building (share with other guests). Washer is free of charge and dryer is $2 per load
** There is Designated Front pad parking (right in front of main entrance of the house): cost $10 per day.
** The street parking which I can provide you the information and help you to get the temporary permit throughout your stay. It is very convenient and can be bought online (take less than 5 mins to do so). Street parking cost: $21.63 per week, $9.23 per 24 hours or $13.85 per 48 hours, plus H.S.T (13%)
