"This hotel is situated in a prime location, making it convenient to get anywhere in Chicago. The staff always greeted guests with bright smiles and provided immediate, friendly assistance with even the smallest requests. The room was very spacious; while there was some noise from neighboring rooms, it wasn't bothersome enough to be a major issue. I would love to stay here again if I visit Chicago in the future."

"Rooms were clean and tidy. Grateful for the staff that were able to check my bags until my room was available. I really appreciated the air purifier that was included in the room, especially due to the Canadian wildfire smoke that had drifted into the city the weekend I stayed."

"One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. Great location for seeing the sights of Chicago. Breakfast buffet was top notch! Rooftop bar was really cool. The hotel was busy but didn’t feel crowded. The only downside is the elevators could get full during the peak hours of the day. The staff is very friendly and helpful."

"Staff were extremely nice. Bathroom had several long black hairs on the floor. Definitely not mine. The biggest issue was that I thought I had paid in full ,but then at the property I was told I had to pay a mandatory $30 restoration fee for the building. I couldn't find that information anywhere in the fine print and I wasn't happy about it."

"Excellent location. My grandson (3.5 yeas old) and I thoroughly enjoy our daily routine of strolling along the lakeside, having meals, playing games, watching the fireworks and taking in the scenery. The room is clean and the staffs are nice. We spent a wonderful six-day vacation."

"Hot water was dodgy (from too hot to too cold quickly). The restaurant opening hours were the worst for me though. The restaurant opens for breakfast until 11 and then closes from 11 to 4pm, so forget about a drink or a snack during these hours."
