"The hotel is new, clean, and had nice amenities…however during our overnight stay we went to use the microwave in room and found it to be unplugged. Easy enough fix most of the time, but we found that the outlet was mostly obstructed by the cabinet and the cord could not be plugged in, the hole for the outlet was completely off. "Was not worth the money spent for 2 nights, rooms were ok, clean good enough to get sleep. Housekeepers may need to be retrained on cleaning rooms. Night staff didnt seem to know much, was able to change our room since the air wasnt working in the first room."

"Stayed here for about 2 weeks. I liked the room, with a electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher and i had the flexibilty to make my own meals. The location was good. Only issue why I'm not giving 5 stars is because my room was only cleaned once during my entire stay!"

There were stains on the bed, debris on the carpet and damage to the furniture. We were not comfortable staying there and left. We booked at a different hotel and stayed there. We contacted Expedia for a refund (we took video of the room) and have not heard back. They said that the manager of the hotel was not there."

"I can't really rate much due to the fact we didn't have a regular room. The woman who checked us in was SO accommodating for my 83 yr old mother, that she moved us from a 3rd floor room to a 1st floor one at the beginning of the hall. This room was still being renovated but was SO much easier for my mother and it was clean and comfortable."
