We were very disappointed with our stay. The room was dirty and had a very strong pet odor that was noticeable as soon as we walked in. The carpet looked and smelled like it hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned in a very long time.
The bathroom was also not clean upon arrival (see attached photos).
The only positive part of our experience was the front desk staff, who were friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, because of the condition of the room, we will not be staying here again.
