  • Welcome to your elegant retreat in the desirable Ottawa Hills neighborhood!

    Relax in the inviting hot tub, framed by charming string lights, or gather around the cozy fire pit in the fully fenced backyard, complete with comfortable Adirondack chairs. This dog-friendly property is perfect for making memories with your furry friends! Please make sure to add any dogs to the reservation so that we are aware.

    Enjoy outdoor cooking with the provided propane Blackstone grill and utensils. Inside, you'll find a gourmet coffee, espresso, and tea bar, along with a well-equipped kitchen that's ideal for the home chef.

    The accommodation includes one bedroom with a luxurious king bed and another with a queen bed. A twin air mattress is also available, allowing you to comfortably host up to five guests. Extra linens are provided for your convenience.

    For added practicality, a washer and dryer are available on the property. The driveway easily accommodates two vehicles, with free overflow parking directly across the street.

    You'll love the convenience of being just steps away from the charming Arrowhead Point Park, located right across the street.

We used this house for a 2-night stay as a family of 5 (3 little girls). The space was just enough for what we needed. There were all the essentials to make things easy on us and we appreciated how there were minimal breakable decorations yet still had some character. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept great. It was too hot to use the hot tub or outdoor area unfortunately so I can't speak much to that. If I ever travel to toledo again we'd consider using this space once more.

Great property in a convenient location! The neighborhood was quiet and the house is located just across the street from a park. Plenty of shopping, restaurants and local activities within a short drive. It was just my wife and myself on this trip, but the home had plenty of room for 2 couples or a family to stay comfortably. The backyard is fenced in with great amenities including a fire pit, Blackstone grill and hot tub!

This may be the nicest VRBO place we’ve ever stayed—and we’ve stayed at a fair amount. Everything about the house was perfect—honestly. Could not have been better—and we’re rather picky. Makes us want to find another excuse to go to Toledo.

Check-In process was very easy. Location convenient with lots of great food options nearby. The house was clean and nicely furnished, we had everything we needed. Beds were super comfortable and linens were nice, plenty of towels and toiletries as well. The backyard was large, fenced, with lots of room for kids to play. The fire pit was a great bonus. Only downside - hot-tub water level was low and it was not as warm as we would have liked/ took a very long time to heat. The hot tub was a major reason we picked this property, so we were a bit bummed about this aspect. (This was the reason for 4/5 instead of 5/5)

Spacious, lovely, comfortable in a great location

Lovely home with everything we needed. Great neighborhood for dog parking. Nice large bedrooms, the blackout blinds and curtains much appreciated! Very spacious and well appointed, we enjoyed the screened-in porch and backyard space.Hosts are very responsive and easy to communicate with. Thanks for everything!

Clean and just as pictured

Brief stay to visit U of T. Plenty of space for our family and we were able to bring our pets. The kitchen has all the essentials and the extra niceties like some basic spices that help if you’re preparing simple meal or adding to take out. Beds were comfortable and most importantly the home was clean when we arrived. So clean my teen sons noticed and said this looks like a shoes off house.

This home was so well put together with so many thoughtful touches. Bedroom curtains were blackout curtains, there was a high chair with a splat mat, a pack n play, even a potty seat for the littles. They stocked the drawers with tableware for kids, they had kids books available and even some toys to play with. The bed was even comfortable, which we almost never experience in a rental!We did not use the hot tub, so we can’t remark on that aspect, but the shower was incredible.The host was quick to respond and very helpful when we needed anything. Checkout was simple and straightforward. No extra chores to complete before leaving beyond starting the towels in the wash and turning on the dishwasher. The only things that could possibly make this excellent stay better would be a stool for the kiddos to reach the sink and a squatty potty at the toilet. Definitely a place I would choose to stay in again!
