Romantic Stay in the Heart of Toledo

A stylish stay for two in the heart of Toledo, just moments from the city’s most iconic landmarks. This 1-bedroom apartment offers a comfortable living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and everything needed for a relaxed city break. With the Cathedral, City Hall, Plaza Mayor and the Alcázar all just a short walk away, it’s the perfect base for discovering Toledo on foot.

This welcoming apartment is designed for up to 2 guests and offers a comfortable, well-planned layout across different levels. On the entrance floor, you’ll find the living and dining area, the fully equipped kitchen and a complete bathroom with shower, towels and essential toiletries provided.

The kitchen includes everything needed for a convenient stay, with a ceramic hob, coffee maker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, toaster and microwave.

The bedroom, with a double bed, is located on the upper floor, creating a more private and restful space. On the top level, there is also a small interior patio-style balcony, a quiet extra corner within the property.

The accommodation is equipped with:

Located right in the historic centre of Toledo, this apartment puts you within easy walking distance of some of the city’s most important landmarks.

The Cathedral, City Hall and the main central squares are just a couple of minutes away on foot, while the Alcázar can be reached in around 5 minutes. Staying here means being surrounded by the atmosphere that makes Toledo so special: historic streets, monumental architecture and the unique character of a city shaped by centuries of history.

One of the best things about staying here is that you can explore most of Toledo on foot. The apartment’s central location makes it easy to reach the Cathedral, the Alcázar, City Hall and other key sights without needing a car. Public transport is available for wider connections, but for most visitors, walking is by far the best way to experience the city’s historic centre, its narrow streets and its atmosphere.

The apartment has heating and split type air conditioning for a comfortable stay throughout the year.

The accomodation is suitable for a maximun of 2 guests.

Stairs are required to access the accommodation and all of its areas.

Distribution of the places:
1. Bedroom with double bed
Extra guest after check-in 60€/day.

The house must be picked up, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are allowed with a 50€ cost per stay as long as they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds and sofa out of respect for the following guests. Extra pet after check in 150€/stay

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. It will carry a penalty of 150 euros.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of the adjoining neighbours must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation, with the data of the DNI/Passport in the link that we will send you.

Damage to the following amenities will cost:
10 € small towels
20 € large towels
10 € sheets
30 € duvet cover

In case of damage or breakage of the lock of the entrance door to the accommodation will entail a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or non-return of any key or control of the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros.

Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always access the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can solve.

We are not responsible for any belongings left in the accommodations.
