"Room was really warm for our arrival. Staff were pleasant. I was not well prepared and I think the hotel could be missing an opportunity to help guests get up the mountain during snowy conditions (I wasn’t carrying snow chains and there were limited options to get me up to my ski lesson on time). ..."

"The accommodations were fine. We were in the cabin. They are aware of the road noise and provide ear plugs. The room had a musty smell and those next door were loud, but nothing the hotel could do about that."
