I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was very dirty and clearly not properly cleaned. There were noticeable yellow stains on the wall next to the toilet in the bathroom, which was completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the bedding was unhygienic and didn't feel clean at all. I definitely would not recommend staying here.

Honestly, it looks nice but the quality of the furniture in the suite was pretty poor and the bedding wasn’t the best.
The water temp in the shower wasn’t very consistent either.
I wouldn’t stay there again.

Lovely room, friendly staff. Decent bar and really good breakfast with plenty of choice. Location excellent, 5 min walk to the Arndale Centre and plenty of bars/restaurants nearby

"The room was ok, although the hotel itself is not walkable from T2 there is a free shuttle bus. The restaurant/bar service was awful and the food was not much better, the staff didn’t seem to know what they were doing and they were very understaffed for the amount of people. We will NOT be staying ..."
