Over all we have such a beautiful stay that we’re planning again for next year. While previous guests left a bit of untidiness the Property Manager was very accommodating as we took care of it ourselves, everyone enjoyed themselves.

No towels in bathrooms. Not enough toilet paper or other paper products. We would NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!! There was trash in the basement and it was cold & dirty.

My stay at this house was absolutely fantastic! The host was incredibly welcoming and provided all the necessary information for a smooth check-in process. Weekend Getaway

We had an amazing weekend getaway with friends at this beautiful mountain house! The space was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making sure our stay went smoothly. We all had a fantastic time and would absolutely recommend this place to friends. Less than Luxurious

Pros: The location is good for Kalahari, ski resorts etc., and there are a lot of beds as described in the listing for many people to sleep.Cons: In spite of the number of beds to accommodate a large group, the home is not set up otherwise for it——barely enough towels, not enough silverware, not enough hot water, and the HVAC system isn’t designed to keep all the rooms comfortable—-one will be hot while another is cold. Additionally, the smoke detector batteries were not all functional and the ice in the driveway/porch not attempted to be remedied. Finally,the kids couldn’t spend time in the basement, as we discovered mouse droppings on the pool table and the smell wasn’t tolerable…, so overall the cleanliness was not up to par.

Very Dissatisfied

Cleanliness was a concern, with unpleasant-smelling towels, dirty cabinets, and wet dishes left in the kitchen. We also noticed signs of rodent activity, and trash was overflowing in the driveway when we arrived. Maintenance was another issue—furniture had cigarette burns and rips, the smoke detector was beeping upon entry, and the back sliding door did not lock, which raised security concerns.The quality of the furnishings and materials also felt below standard, with poorly installed particle board cabinets. These factors detracted from what could otherwise be a pleasant rental.With some focused updates and attention to detail, this home could become a welcoming space. Until then, we recommend checking with the host to ensure these concerns have been addressed.

Help with this matter

Hello, my name is Robert Isakov and I have an issue with the stay that I had just conducted. On July 4th, my family and I have booked the following house and we were all so excited to enjoy the weekend however, we didn't joy a bit. When we arrived at the house, the first thing we saw was how dirty the front porch and the surroundings outside. When we came in we were struck with the smell of dust and spider webs on practically all the walls in the rooms. Instead of my family and I enjoying my vacation I had to drive to Walmart and buy cleaning supplies because there was nothing provided in the house (although they said they have everything). Following that, for 4th of July we wanted go to the community pool but when we went to look for towels, the host explained that there were towels for all 11 guests however, there were only 3 towels for the guests, so instead of going to the pool we went to the store and had to by towels for all 11 guests. (Why do I have to buy towels when I am promised that they are provided and enough for our guests). That night we wanted to do some grilling on the grill that was provided however when I opened the grill it was so rusted to the point that there was rust peeling when it was windy. In the grill there was also a bee hive inside the grill. After we came back from the pool, we wanted to wash our cloths in the washing machine, however when I opened the machine and it was full of dust and clumps ofhair and it was unsanitary to was clothing.

Amazing Stay in Tobyhanna

Great Stay

This rental had plenty of room for our large group to both sleep and hangout. Debbie was extremely helpful answering our questions and was always trying to make our stay better. Traveling with a large group can get overwhelming but both Debbie and this great property made it an amazing experience.

marriage retreat

We had a wonderful stay. We ended up having a carbon monoxide leak in the 1st home when we got there. Right away we called and was given the house right across the street. I appreciated how quickly i was responded to not to mention how quickly she gave us a new house. some of the outlets didn't work but other than that it was a nice house and we all fit great!

Great house for the extended family

Our family stayed here for our Camelbeach/Aquatopia trip. The location was convenient and the house was great. There were lots of pots/pans, dishes, cups, etc for us to make meals. Kids and adults all had space to spread out.

House nicely renovated

House is renovated and games for the kids which is amazing. Downside, the shower only dripps water and very hard to shower. Place wasn't very clean We found wrapper of chips under the bed and blunt wrapper on one of the beds. Overall the house is cute and welcoming but cleaning management need to shape up. Also, in the winter time, the club house is useless and a waste of money as we didn't do or have any association with them

The house is big enough to accommodate up to 20 people. There are 15 people in our group so we had enough space for everyone. The communication with the property management is good, he answered all my questions and handled all changes in terms of number of people. We were able to access Pocono Farms country club where we played tennis, picnic and played games by the beach. This is a big plus for this property. The kitchen is big enough for our group to prepare and cook food. The dining room needs more chairs to accommodate all 15 of us. The dining table should also be bigger for our group. But we were able to manage and had fun. We also used the dining table for poker and other games. The house needs improvement, here are my suggestions: - the carpet in the living room should be replaced, it's very old, it is folded on the edge where anyone can trip. - the windows should be cleaned thoroughly, when you open it for fresh air, the screen windows are really dusty. - the floor under the sofas should be vacuumed. - All mattresses should be upgraded. The two beds in the attic are very squeaky. The bedsheets are not clean, we found hair on the beds, looks like it was not changed. - the half bath in the first floor should be finished. -- there should be at least a hand towel in the bathrooms. -- all bedrooms should have at least a dresser and a mirror. This house has potentials if only the issues above will be addressed sooner. We still had the best weekend getaway.
