It is very rare in Florida, but we do have a basement that is finished and furnished with some fun things for all ages.

Such a beautiful clean, well appointed perfect property. The only reason I gave it a four stars instead of a five is because after I paid my final payment, I got an email that told me that there is a cost in order to have the Hot Tub be hot. I’m sure normally in Florida people don’t worry about a hot tub being hot, but I have arthritis and it really helps me a lot to submerge in the hot water and I had anticipated that the hot tub would be hot. at any rate. There is an extra fee for the hot tub, but is not stated in the listing. the owner was very nice and everything else at the house was perfect. Definitely would book again if I was coming to the area

This home is very large. Plenty of room for my family. The game room was a hit with my grandkids. We didn’t use the pool or hot tub but they were clean and the space was great.

This house was fine for our family. A older home in need of some updates. Guest shower was clogged with hair so did not drain, but we took care of it. Having a two year old and no kid proof locks on sliding doors was a concern with a pool and hot tub in back yard. Beds were fine. Kitchen has every thing we needed. I would recommend this home.

Beautiful home! My husband and I visit the area several times a year and stayed in quite a few homes. We agreed this one was one of the best! There was plenty of room for the three generations that gathered there. The pool was a great addition. We didn't heat the spacious hot tub because it was so darn hot out so my 3-year old granddaughter used it as her "baby pool." Freeway close and close to shopping. Ten minutes down the road to the Indian River. The one launch scheduled while we were there was scrubbed but we would have had good views. Oh, and the basement! It is a finished basement with lots of distractions for those rainy afternoons: pool table, pinball machine, jukebox, weight machines, match five, and foosball. The beds were comfy, the kitchen well-stocked with plenty of dishes, glasses, mugs, pots, and bowls. The dining table was big enough for our entire group. I can't tell you how many times we stayed in a home that sleeps 8 or 10 only to have a dining table that sits 4. And there was not one but two covered patios. We will definitely be back!

The house was great; just as advertised; two large TV rooms downstairs; 4 bedrooms & 3 baths so plenty of room for our group of 7. Well-stocked Kitchen with cozy nook and separate dining area; all worked great. Basement was a big hit with the teens & 20 somethings, with pool, foosball and darts. Large pool and large jacuzzi outside in screened off area was fantastic. Very close to Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge and Playalinda Beach. Fantastic kayaking and wildlife watching; plenty of manatees swimming around! Beautiful spot; hope to return!

Worth every cent!

Thank you Denise, Donna and your team! We greatly enjoyed our time at this house, with the quietness of the area, a beautiful home and fun things to do. The house was well equipped with almost everything we needed, just brought food, snacks, drinks. Short drive to KSC and shopping, restaurants and parks. Loved the basement and games, it was nice to wind down and enjoy games we have not played in a while.

Spring Break Titusville

The property was perfect for my family of 9! The home was spacious and the decor reminded me of my favorite show, Golden Girls. The swimming pool & hot tub were great for relaxing and enjoying the sun.In addition to a wonderful home we were centrally located to visit Cape Canaveral, the sea shore, and Sea World. Close by were air boat rides to view the wildlife of the area. The owners were wonderful! We are hoping to return next year!!!

Spacious space coast stay

We stayed here on a recent trip to the space coast. It was 25 minutes to the space center, which was our main goal for the visit. We also had easy drives to Orlando, Daytona Beach and Cocoa Beach about 45 minutes each. The house is large. The game room basement was very fun! The bedrooms were very spacious and comfortable, plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked. The refrigerator was large and clean. We really appreciated the pool and beach toys! There were two living rooms, and more than enough dining areas. The pool was clean and a good temperature. More than enough beach towels were provided. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. If you're a perfectionist, this might not be the place for you. It is an older home. There is some noise from the highway when you're outside. There are some things that need some TLC, like a dresser with a broken handle, gnats in the sink, and some carpet that could use some shampooing. The AC needed some repairs, and the owner was in communication about that. None of these things bothered me or took away from our family's visit.

Winter Weather Followed Us South

The property was not as anticipated. VRBO details, amenities not accurate, photos are current but taken nearly 10 years ago. Home needs repairs, maintenance, updating and cleaning inside/out. Can't explain all as VRBO limit is15k characters.Game Room: pool cues had no tips, juke box played one song and quit, no ping pong and the room has strong musty/moldy odor, pin ball fixed day 3. Only 1 Wii disc worked, controls had no batteries. Limited TV options unless you stream. No cable TV as listed. Gray fabric sofas/pillows are soiled and have unpleasant body odor to them. No window covers on back & side of house, vertical blinds broken/missing-safety concern. Carpet soiled/gray/black. Step carefully in front of washer-floor tiles not glued down.Knew it'd be too cold to use the pool. Paid extra deposit to heat the spa but couldn't get it to work. Owner has refunded. Pool screen old/damaged & door tied shut.Thermostat for the furnace/AC locked. We were COLD. Floors were so cold we went and bought us all slippers and bought blankets for the beds! There's a fireplace but it's not to be used.The garage isn't available for use as listed. Parking can be a challenge.Not provided: cleaning supplies, batteries, light bulbs, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry/dishwasher detergent, pool chairs/towels, only salt/pepper in kitchen.We did communicate with owner during our stay-even met her when she fixed the game. She was pleasant. Comfortable beds. Good WIFI. Dishes ok/clean.

Wonderful Winter Getaway!

This was a wonderful vacation rental for adults and kids. The pool and hot tub are great. The location near Kennedy Space Center and beaches is very nice. Denise was always responsive and accommodating! She is a great host.

We stayed at the same location 10 years ago and the place is still exactly the same. It’s a bit dated, but a large house with lots of rooms and bathrooms and a great pool. It was definitely lacking in amenities, like toilet paper, dishwasher soap, laundry soap and towels. Also there was no propane in the bbq, that was very disappointing. We had to get our own garbage bags because they only had one extra for a family of 6 adults,. Overall we had a good stay.

Convenient location, great screened in pool

We enjoyed our stay and the house was conveniently located to numerous beaches and other attractions. It's an older home in a nice quiet neighborhood. Having a cage for the pools to keep the bugs out is wonderful! 1 clarification the listing states it sleeps 10 but only if 2 people don't mind sleeping on couches- though the couches were comfortable.

Nice for the most part.

The house felt quite warm and we were not able to change thermostat. Quite a few of the lights blinked on and off while in use. Having two people who have seizures, that was an issue for our family. We enjoyed the pool and game room. The location of the property made it easy to do day adventures. We enjoyed our vacation and our time in the house.

Almost perfect

House was amazing! Large houae, room for everyone. The pool was clean and had toys/floats in the garage for the kids. Basement was a nice bonus for relaxing at the end of the day. Jukebox didnt work but we probably wouldnt have used it much anyways. My only two complaints would be the lack of communication with the property manager, and lack of cleaning supplies. Messaged multiple times inquiring about putting a deposit down to use the spa heat, never received an invoice. As far as supplies go, there was no cleaners, all purpose, glass, stove cleaner, paper towels, sponges etc. Both disappointing instances, was unable to contact the host via the app and email questions went unanswered. Otherwise the house was beautiful and we had a great stay. Would definitely stay again.

Great Space Coast Vacation Headquarters

Perfect spot for a month on the Space Coast. A roomy, comfy, clean, well-stocked home with fabulous pool AND spa plus fun game room. Area so easy to navigate. Top attractions: Kennedy Space Center, Cocoa Beach, and Historic Titusville. Two thumbs up!
