Our beach house sits literally ON THE SEASHORE with DIRECT ACCESS FROM THE GARDEN TO THE BEACH. In less than a minute you are on beach and at night you can literally fall asleep with the sound of the waves.
The location of the beach house is actually almost in the middle of two beautiful beaches with crystal clear waters!
The enviable gated garden and veranda provides you privacy and relaxation. You can simply unwind yourself by laying on the sunbeds in the garden enjoying the sun, the island breeze, the shade of the palm trees and the sound of the waves!
Our beach house is fully furnished in a contemporary light insular style, which gives you a bright beach feeling. The light insular interior provides you comfort and serenity. Our beach house is fully equipped and has wifi. It consists of a large, comfortable open plan living room with two sofas, lounge chairs, tv, books, games, cd/usb player and radio. The sliding living room door/window takes you right to the private veranda and garden. The beach house has a fully equipped kitchen, also opening onto the private veranda. The veranda is covered by a bamboo pergola giving you the opportunity to relax under the shade enjoying the breathtaking sea view, while having your meals or drinks.
The Bedrooms are spacious with lots of natural light and give you a relaxing and comfortable environment. They have ample fitted wardrobes and storage space. Two of them have double beds and the other one has twin beds. Additional Cot beds and a baby cradle are also available. Towels and bedsheets are also available without extra charge.
There is a bathroom and a WC which are spacious, but if you want to just refresh yourself or even just rinse the salt water of your skin while coming back from the beach, there is also a shower in the garden area.
You can also enjoy yourself by using the private barbeque area in the garden and have fun dinners with your family and friends!
The beach house is close to a mini market, two Greek Taverns and a chilled out coffee/lounge bar on the other side of the beach, in such a distance that there is not a single noise to interrupt your serenity.
There is also a bus stop nearby to take you to the town and the beautiful villages of the island in case you don't want to rent a car.

Merveilleux emplacement, proche de la plage , proche de Tinos . On atteint très facilement villages , départs de randonnées….La maison est spacieuse et confortable, bien équipée et très propre . Que du bonheur !

What a find!

Such a tranquil, beautiful place and a lovely, comfortable house to stay in. We felt right at home. Everything about this holiday was a joy. Efi was a very communicative and helpful host. The only thing that marred things was that Vrbo took down the trip and all messages once our trip began, meaning we couldn't answer messages from Efi once we were there, or let her know where we left the key, which was quite a worry for me. Overall we loved it and would love to return next year. Just need VRBO to iron out that Comms problem.

Tinos Short Stay

This beach house was quite remote but did its job for the purpose of beaching and purely relaxing. If you plan on staying longer than a week, a car rental would benefit you as it is about a 10-15 minute drive from the main port of Tinos. If not renting a car you will be paying 10-15€ in taxi per ride. The hosts partner was very helpful in settling us in and recommending local places around the beach house and in town as well as calling for a taxi at the beginning and end of our stay. The host was a text message away and also sent various suggestions through WhatsApp which we appreciated. However there were a few surprises we did not expect when we arrived. One being the whole house not fully air conditioned even though fans were provided. Secondly, the lower rooms had to be accessed by a staircase that was very difficult to navigate. If you have any physical disabilities whatsoever this will be an issue. But we managed. We were also confused by the lack of beach accessories provided (aka beach towels and beach chairs). There were cabanas available at the local beach properties but there was a fee to purchase them for the day. That is not to say this house is not suitable for your vacation needs as we appreciated it being very close to many restaurants and beach bars along with a private beach access. This gave us very little reason to leave the surrounding area as we only wanted to get a relaxing stay out of this experience on Tinos. We felt it was an overall great stay!

Exactly what it says on the tin!

Efi is an host! The beach house is superbly located literally moments from the seashore and a short walk from two excellent traditional taverns and a beach bar. We arrived to find the accommodation beautifully and tastefully presented and super clean. We only used one of the three double bedrooms but will be considering revisiting with a group of friends. A truly lovely stay, thank you Efi!

Fabulous beach house

Great property in beautiful Tinos. Efe the owner could not have been more helpful, and sent us loads of great recommendations for things to do, places to visit, and places to eat. Tinos is a paradise. The property itself is right next to the beach, but has complete privacy. It is much bigger than most of the local holiday accommodation, and is better than the photos looked. The aircon unit is strong enough to keep the whole property cool if you leave it on for long enough. The outside space for eating is fantastic. It is large and shaded, with a view of the sea, and raised so it can catch a slight breeze. We spent many many happy hours eating and relaxing there. The beach is glorious, with warm shallow sea, ideal for kids, and was not busy, even in high season. I could not recommend this property more highly. Thank you, Efe, for letting us stay in your beautiful house.

Super home in Tinos

My good friend from college and our 3 sons had a wonderful time at the beach house. The home is very clean, spacious and well stocked with everything you may need. The location was perfect (definitely handy to have a rental car).. Efi is very communicative and accommodating. I would highly recommend this house!

Great Location

Had a great stay at the beach house and has it says within 60s and your on a great Sandy beach with translucent green sea which is easy to get into. The house itself has everything and more that you need with great help from Renos and Efi. It was just starting to heat up and the only thing that could be improved is air conditioning in the bedrooms but we managed fine. Close to the house is a few tavernas with two that stood out being Kouzins 2 mins walk and the Veranda a short 15 min walk away offering amazing food.

A lovely beachside apartment ideal for families

A lovely small apartment block with a location just a few minutes from a long sandy beach. The accommodation space was very generous and would be ideal for families. The kitchen was well equipped and the lounge a comfortable room to relax in with doors opening onto the large terrace area. With views directly to the sea it was lovely to relax on and catch the morning sun. Two bedrooms are downstairs which was not quite as light and airy but very spacious. Renos met us at the port and showed us to the apartment which is reached down a short rough track off the main road but easily accessable.

Lovely Tinos Villa

We enjoyed a five night stay in this lovely well appointed villa. Very close to the beach and several good tavernas. The house was well equipped with everything you need for a perfect holiday. Efi, our host was very kind and helpful she recommended that we explore the island and it certainly didn’t disappoint. This is a perfect property for families and couples alike.

Wonderful Holidays in a wonderful house !

We had 2 weeks of wonderful holidays in Tinos. Efi's house is very confortable, very clean and very well located : 2 minutes walk from 2 quiet beaches and 10 minutes drive from the main city. It is a peaceful place with some nice small taverns around and a small mini-market. We loved visting Tinos small villages and beaches and having a nice quiet place to return to at the end of the day. Efi is a fantastic host : she welcomed us with some local treats, gave us all her good adresses and answered very quickly to all our answers, even helping us find a doctor for my son who needed to have steeches removed. We highly recommend her Beach House. Thansk again Efi for your kindness, it was a real plesaure to meet you.

Bel emplacement, hôte accueillante mais ...

Efi est une personne charmante, à disposition. La maison est idéalement située à 100m d'une très belle plage. En revanche : - l'équipement général n'est pas à la hauteur des prestations attendues (ancien, viellissant et de tres basse qualité), - un seul climatiseur pour une maison batit sur 2 niveaux, - la salle de bain située au sous sol n'est pas dotée d'une porte et ne comporte pas de lavabo, - l'équipement des 3 chambres est très sommaire, - l'accès au sous sol (douche, WC, et 2 chambres) se fait par un escalier en colimaçon, étroit et non stable (à déconseiller pour des jeunes enfants ou des personnes âgées). La gentillesse d'Efi ne peut pas tout rattraper surtout lorsqu'on pratique ces prix de location.

Beautiful house, even better than expected!

The house is really beautiful and the location is so nice! We just loved sitting on the terrace with the sea view! We enjoyed being so close to the beach, and there are several beach bars with sun beds to choose between. It’s really family friendly! We also appreciated having the mini market and bus stop 5 minutes away for the days we didn’t rent a car. The house is fully equipped. And Efi was such a good host, she gave us good recommendations, and responded quickly to all our requests. We really recommend this house!

Everything was great

We went bouldering on the island of Tinos. Had a great time, the house is super nice right on the beach. Only 12 minutes by car to the city. A small supermarket is only a 5-minute walk away. There are also enough restaurants. The landlady Efi helped us a lot with some information about the island. Super nice contact, also helped us when I was injured. I can warmly recommend the vacation home.

Beautiful House with 3 Appartements on the beach

This summer house is the perfect location for 1 week of beach vacation in Greece. You'll walk 30 meters to dive into your morning swim in the ocean and you dine with the constant view of the sea. At night you fall to sleep to the sound of the sea washing on the ocean. Simply beautiful. There are 2 beaches and multiple beach bars close by. The parents sleep on the main floor, which is the mezzanine floor. The kids and / or other guest sleep in the souterrain with windows to the garden. There are enough activities on Tinos in order to keep you busy for 2-3 days "excursions" as well. You will need a car. The host gave us a warm welcome and many tips what to do around the island. Many thanks again, we will surely be back.

Amazing Vacation in Tinos

We had a really nice Time in Tinos. The Island is great and not too crowded. The House is amazing, really spacious und the location is perfect! The owner is very nice and was really helpful. She told us about all the best beaches and food on the Island and we were not disappointed once. Thank you so much and we will definitely come back!
