  • A warm welcome!
    This ground-floor, 2-room apartment in Timmendorfer Strand offers 43 m² of space and can accommodate up to 4 people.

    The combined living and kitchen area features a cozy sleeper sofa, a dining area, and a fully equipped new built-in kitchen. In addition to a 2-burner ceramic cooktop and a microwave-oven combination, you’ll of course find a dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle.
    For entertainment, there is a flat-screen TV and a stereo system.
    From the living area, you can access the southeast-facing terrace, where you can spend relaxing hours in the beach chair.

    The spacious bedroom, which also opens onto the beautiful terrace, features a double bed (2x80x200 cm) and plenty of storage space for your belongings.
    A high chair is available free of charge.

    This offer is rounded out by a nearly new shower room.

    A parking space is reserved for you.
    Wi-Fi is available (no refunds or compensation in case of disruptions or outages).
    This is a non-smoking apartment.
    Pets are not allowed here.

    Quiet residential complex above the spa park: The apartments in this beautiful complex range from 44 to 58 m² and are tastefully furnished to accommodate 3–4 people. You’ll be vacationing here on a quiet cul-de-sac; some units feature a terrace, balcony, or French balcony, where you can breathe in the fresh Baltic Sea air first thing in the morning.

    Wi-Fi is available throughout the building. A parking space is, of course, reserved for you on-site.

    The beach is just 800 meters away, accessible via the idyllic spa park with its small wooden bridges. Bakeries and the town center are a 10–15-minute walk away. Here you’ll find many chic shops, good restaurants, and cozy bars.

    Have you met Bonnie & Clyde yet? These two adorable otters welcome you at SEA LIFE Timmendorfer Strand, along with many other marine creatures, and you’ll learn exciting facts about the underwater world.

    At Rosenhain, you can enjoy your vacation to the fullest, not far from the Baltic Sea and the town center.

Schlüsselabholung zu später Stunde war letztendlich unproblematisch. Kamen erst in der Dunkelheit an. Orientierung daher etwas schwierig. Eine sehr schöne, ruhige Wohnung. Wir haben uns vom 1. Moment an wohlgefühlt. Da wir generell auswärts gegessen und nur in der Wohnung gefrühstückt haben, können wir die ,,Kochmöglichkeiten" nicht beurteilen. Übrige Ausstattung sehr gut.
