The SeeZeit Apartment 03 is located in Timmendorfer Strand and offers comfortable accommodations for up to 2 people in a 39 m² living space.
The apartment is located on the mezzanine level and has a separate entrance.
The location stands out for its proximity to the beach, which is just 150 meters away and thus within a few minutes’ walk.

The tastefully furnished one-room apartment features a cozy sofa and armchair in the living area for relaxing. The double bed (2x 90x 200 cm, with 2 separate mattresses) ensures a comfortable night’s sleep.
Blackout curtains in the combined living/sleeping area create a cozy atmosphere and ensure undisturbed sleep.
A separate kitchen with a dining table is available for shared meals. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a glass-ceramic stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator (with freezer compartment), coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and kitchen utensils. This makes the accommodation ideal for self-catering.

The balcony, furnished with outdoor furniture, offers you the chance to enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air and wind down at the end of the day with a view of the well-kept surroundings.
