The space
At the same address we administrate 6 apartments. In total we can accommodate up to 25 guests. Attention, is NOT a house with many rooms!
Because Airbnb way to make the reservation, groups cannot book us using normal listings.
All apartments are NOT shared with other guests, and have private bathroom and kitchen.
We have 4 studios, 1 apartments on 2 floors, and 1 one-bedroom apartments. Please check the bed arrangements bellow.

HOW IT WORKS?
You will send us an inquiry and we will find with you the best option which fits your group.
We need to know the booking period, number of guests (including kids and their age), and you preferences: some guests would like to stay alone in the apartment, and also others are okay to fill the apartments to its maximum capacity.
Also ask for any question you could have about check in, parking or amenities.
We need as much info you could give, to understand better your needs, so we can make you the best offer.
We will make a proposal of apartments based on your needs, trying to make the perfect balance between your comfort and price.

PRICES:
For groups, we offer a price per person, which is already discounted than if you will book separately every single apartment.
Also for more than 2 nights, we can offer also an extra discount, and for longer stays, we offer really good prices.
The price/person/night is variable and depends on the length of stay and your preferences in occupying the apartments. For example, if in an apartment which could accommodate up to 4 persons, you choose to stay only 1 or 2 persons, the price will be bigger than if you choose to stay 3-4 persons.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT here?
✔ Bedroom.
✔ Kitchen. A small but smart kitchenette allows you to cook and prepare a delicious breakfast or meal with fresh vegetables from "Iosefin vegetable market" situated at a 7 minutes walk. And coffee!
✔ Bathroom with shower (2 apartments have big bath tub/Jacuzzi)
✔ Separate Laundry area with washing and dryer machine (shared).
✔ Baby bed at request
!! For your protection, but also for ours, the common areas are protected by surveillance cameras. NONE of them are inside the apartments.

Having a small court, you will find a place to enjoy your time. You can enjoy your morning coffee or a fresh drink, taste fresh fruits and vegetables and it's still easy and fast to reach the city center.

BED ARRANGEMENT:
Ap. 11: one king bed (made by 2 single beds) and one single bed downstairs, and one queen bed + extendable sofa (2 persons) upstairs. 2 bathrooms. Maximum 7 guests.
Ap. 12, 13, 14, 15: Studio Apartment with one king bed (made by 2 single beds) + extendable sofa (2 persons). One bathroom. Up to 4 guest in each studio.
Ap. 22: one queen bed. Sofa bed in living room. One bathroom with Jacuzzi. Up to 3 guests.
Guest access
The grounds of the building are securely gated and require access card for entry. I will meet you on arrival to hand over your keys or we can prepare for you a self check-in.
Guests have the whole apartment at their disposal. They can smoke on the terrace or just relax in the garden.
Other things to note
Conversational level in English, Romanian, and Hungarian.
Before to book and if you have pets, please send a short message and let us to know which kind of pets. Some neighbor have cats and maybe a big dog who don't like cats will not the best option.
Smoking is allowed only on terrace or in court, NOT inside of apartments.
