Can walk to Clark's Hill Lake (J. Strom Thurmond Lake) and have access to private boat dock on north end cove. Also only 15 minutes to Lake Russell. Just 9 miles to new solar field. Front and rear decks surrounded by trees and nice yard. Room for boat, car, camper and RV parking. Close to boat launch area. 3 bedroom and 2 full baths, full kitchen, washer and dryer, coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, electric full size stove/oven, refrigerator and dishwasher. Charcoal grill at house.

Fully stocked with sheets, towels, plates, bowls, glasses, silverware, pots/pans, toilet paper, paper towels, hand and dish soaps.

The area offers fresh water fishing, boating, jet skiing, kayaking, dock fishing, hunting and golf.

Pet friendly with added fee. Holiday and Special Events are subject to higher rate. Events welcome.

DVD/VHS player with movie library and board games, cards and poker set.

Labor Day weekend with the littles

The owner is super nice and helpful. Very informative. The dock is about a 3 to 4 minute walk away from the home, but that didn't stop us from fishing. To no fault of the owner, The Army Corp of Engineers dropped the lake for bridge maintenance so there wasn't enough water to Moor our boat. On a good note it was only 10 minutes up the road and we put in at Bobby Brown State Park and our trip was filled with fishing, boating and having fun with our grand children. This home is dated and has flaws, but the owner is definitely working repairing and upgrading. If you expect to use your cellular service, it's not gonna work. WIFI was excellent and Dish never cut out during our few storms. It has a huge yard in back and side. Plenty of room for the boys to play kickball. Overall we enjoyed the get away. Thank you for your hospitality!

Beyond grateful

The host went above and beyond to make our son as comfortable as possible. She let us use her galf cart due to him and his lucimia. And also allowed us extra time to get thing together the day we left to get him up and medication took.thank you so much 💗

Won’t do that again

The property was supposed to be non smoking you could smell cigarettes in the entire property. There was a bag of cigarette buts on the back porch. Ceiling on bathroom falling in she did say had not been able to get repair person out. Needs lighting in yard. Porch is rotting. Popcorn under the bed so it had not been vacuumed since the last bad review Not as clean as I thought it should be. I would not stay again, due to feeling unclean and the cigarette smoke smell in house and bedding.

Deplorable conditions! Avoid!

Horrible experience! there was no heat it was colder inside the house than it was outside.Owner of the home was extremely dishonest she even admitted the air conditioning didn’t work brought over a couple of space heaters like that was supposed to keep me comfortable! Extremely filthy place with food left in the microwave that was rotting, mouse droppings everywhere,the ceiling falling over in the bathroom…there was no fire extinguisher that I could find the place was the most disgusting and vile place I have ever stayed at in my entire life. it should be removed from Hotels.com.and Vrbo I would’ve been more comfortable staying in the back of my van with a porta John And a whole lot cheaper. it cost me over $250 to stay in a home with no heat that I couldn’t even use because it was so freezing cold I had a bottle myself up in one of the bedrooms with a space heater. There was even a bunch of popcorn underneath one of the beds. just filthy and disgusting. You can see from the few photos that I took the disgusting conditions of this almost uninhabitable place I should also mention your phone will not work here so if you have an emergency there is no landline provided and cell phone does not work here. Porch is rotting badly, 2 back doors, if there was a fire or other emergency, were both barricaded off. you could force your way out of one but the other one as you can see from my photo was bolted shut. Extremely unsafe!

Lake Vacation for us!

Sweetest manager of the property, she showed the guys around and gave us time to get settled while showing them the landing and explaining where they could put the boat in. The private dock was a little bit of a walk but the location was good! We had a lot of fun, great wifi due to a lack of cell service! Plenty of space for the 8 of us, and came with a washer and dryer for our wet clothes. Overall we had a lot of fun!
