Country Villa overlooking ocean with WI-FI.

Finca Style Villa, overlooking the ocean, with the Old Town of Puerto del Carmen and Puerto Calero on one side and the island of Fuerteventura on the other. The villa has no immediate neighbours, making it great for evening BBQ , and relaxing sunbathing, yet only 5min drive to beaches, supermarkets,bars and restaurants. This beautiful spacious villa is furnished to a high standard, has a large double living room with fireplace and lava walls, with patio doors opening to two terraces overlooking the large L shaped 5 x9 x5x5mt pool having a walk in to a depth of 1.6m a round marble table and four stools in the pool ,making it ideal for children, elderly and incapacitated persons..The pool is heated by solar and electric heat pump. It is salt cleaned, no chemicals added. The main terrace overlooking the pool has a large built in BBQ, and large table it is gated so young children cannot wonder to the pool unattended, giving peace of mind to the family.


Sports and Facilities: Within a five minute drive you can get to an 18 Hole Golf Course, Playa Chica with Jet Ski, Paragliding, Diving, Water Ski and Swimming, puerto Calero having lovely restaurants, bars and upmarket shops, has facilities of Catamaran Cruising, Submarine Safari, Sailing, Diving, and Fishing. Horse Riding and the sandy beaches with all the restaurants and bars are within 8 minutes drive. One of the biggest Go Kart tracks is within 10 Minutes drive.

New Euro spar supermarket with fresh meat and fish countersopen monday to saturday 8 am till 10pm is within 700 meters, 2 minutes drive is a minimarket selling fresh bread daily and all types of groceries, next door to it, is a local tapas bar and restaurant very reasonable and having lovely views.To its left side is an excellent restaurant called La Cabana. Just a few meters away is a top restaurant, very upmarket and slightly more expensive than normal, a very new typical Spanish restaurant called El Toro only 2 minutes drive or 400 meters walk. Just another 2 minutes drive will get you to Puerto Calero, and its restaurants. In the old town of Puerto del Carmen are some of the best restaurants only 5 minutes drive, Lidel and Hiperdino Supermarkets selling all kinds of fresh food is as well 5 minutes away open all week till late. Pharmacies and a 24 hour emergency hospital called Hospiten, which has doctors and translators for English and German is as well within 5 minutes drive.

Villa Facilities: Kitchen is equipped with a fridge freezer, ceramic hob, oven, dish washer, washing machine, electric kettle, toaster, microwave oven, and full range of crockery and cutlery. All bedding has duvet covers, iron and iron board, vacuum cleaner, electric fans and electric heaters supplied on request. TV and satellite, having 154 stations in english ie BBC, ITV, Sky news and sports, BT, and more, as well major TV stations of countries such as Germany, Norway, Holland, Spain, Italy France, Sweden, Poland and more. DVD player, radio and CD player WI-FI . Villa has four covered terraces with pergolas, and one large terrace round the pool and high terrace for sunbathing. Beach towels, bath towels and linen are supplied and changed on a weekly basis.

Mooi gelegen ruime vakantiewoning.

Aardige gastheer. Mooi gelegen met zicht op zee. Stille plek zonder doorgaand verkeer. Heerlijk en royaal zwembad met lekker warm water. Veel terrassen en ruime kamers, zowel de woonkamer als de 4 slaapkamers.

Family Trip

Everything was as described. Two of the 5 bedrooms did not have A/C. Patrick was really helpful and was on hand when needed. Cleaning staff were excellent and very friendly. A great time was had by young and old.

Amazing holiday

Beautiful Villa

Lovely stay at this Villa. It's a tardis, pictures don't do it justice. Beautiful views from the patio, we really enjoyed waking up to the beautiful sunrise and having breakfast outside. Pool was amazing we loved swimming into the evening, nice and warm too which was a blessing as whilst we were there we had a few cloudy days so the warmth from the pool was a plus. As we were slightly delayed into the evening The owner Patrick came and visited us the next day to make sure everything was ok, there was nothing he couldn't do for us. Gave us top tips about the island and recommended places. Plenty of living space we never felt on top of each other. Kids loved the bedroom attached to the conservatory at the back of the property we played board games and used the football machine. Lovely quiet area kids could be as loud as they wanted without us having to worry about being too noisey. Fabulous stay, thanks again Patrick. Although there's nothing negative to say about this villa the only thing for me was being quite remote although only 5/10 min by car to centre/shops I would have liked to walk to places which you could , but there was limited pathways and with children I didn't feel it would be safe to walk alongside the roads.

Sehr schönes geräumiges Haus mit Blick auf das Meer

Großes Haus mit schönem Garten und gepflegtem Pool in sehr schöner Lage nahe Puerto del Carmen. Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und das Internet Fernsehen funktioniert nicht immer perfekt. Aber es war alles wie beschrieben und Patrick war immer ansprechbar und sehr zuverlässig. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub.

Fabulous Stay

This property is perfect for large groups as there is so much outside and inside space. The pool was perfect for all level of swimmers! Very central to the island with good road access to different parts of the island. Beautiful setting and very peaceful and calm. Patrick was a brilliant host with lots of knowledge of the island and ahead of the trip. We would all recommend this beautiful Villa!

Parfait !

Cette grande villa est très bien située sur l'ile, à l'écart et sans voisin immédiat. Plusieurs terrasses avec des expositions différentes et une piscine ensoleillée avec des lits de jardin en nombre suffisant. Et surtout, en plein mois de février, une piscine vraiment chauffée ! Villa pas ultra moderne mais très confortable. Les chambres sont grandes avec du rangement. Patrick parle français et est très arrangeant (arrivée avant l'heure) et très réactif à la moindre question. Commerces à proximité. Tout était simple. On était bien ! Valerie

Excellent spacious villa

The photos on Home away really don't do justice to this property. This is one of the most spacious places I have ever rented. There are multiple terraces for sitting out side during the day as well as the main one just outside the living room. If you are in a large group there will alwasy be somewhere for anyone wanting a bit of peace or seclusion to find for some quiet time. The out door pool was great even in the middle of January. On the sunnier days the solar panel would raise the pool temperature to 27-29 degrees. All the equipment you could need is there including washing machine and dishwasher. Patrick is a great host, good communication before and during our stay without being overbearing or intrussive. Overall we had a great stay and would happily stay here again.

Brilliant family week away!

We’ve just come back from the villa and was everything we hoped for! Patrick was brilliant from the beginning, met us on arrival and even left a cake and bottle of bubbly for my dads 50th birthday! The villa was very family friendly with cot and highchair available as well as sides for the beds and pool toys/inflatables. The villa is secluded so no worries about disturbing neighbours vice Versa but because of this a car is probably needed to make the most out of the surrounding areas. Really recommend Rancho Park and the playa Chica beach! We managed to find a taxi company eventually who found us pretty easy in the end called Rainbow cars who also had minibuses and was very reasonably priced! We also met the cleaner on the last day who was also lovely and very friendly. Would definitely reccomend this villa for any big parties it’s cosy but big enough for everyone to have their own space. Thanks again!

Absolut zu empfehlen

Ich war mit 3 Freunden für eine Woche in der Villa Canto. Unsere einhellige Meinung: Absolut genial!!! Ich selbst war jetzt zum ca. zwanzigsten Mal auf Lanzarote. Die Villa Canto hat alle anderen meiner Urlaubsquartiere weit übertroffen. Lage, Ausstattung, Aussicht und vor allem der Pool sind einfach super. Zudem ist Patrick ein sehr freundlicher und angenehmer Vermieter, der wertvolle Tipps gibt und immer zur Verfügung steht. Vielen Dank Patrick für alles.

Lovely civilized villa

Seven of us spent a wonderful week in this beautiful spacious villa in a big open landscape. It was very comfortable and civilized, and very well organized with everything we needed. Patrick our host was very friendly and responded fast to requests. Due to some unusual high winds we stayed indoors for 3 days, but were happy to just look out at the amazing wide open view from the sheltered terraces, everyone had lots of space and relaxed.  So much open space in every direction, inside and out, and a great heated pool. We loved eating round the long table on the terrace looking out to sea, and relaxing in the big sitting rooms. Patrick's villa is in a wonderful quiet location with a short drive to beaches and good restaurants, and a good supermarket in walking distance. We hired two cars to get around. We loved swimming in Playa Chica surrounded by little fish. We hope we can return, thank you Patrick for a lovely week.

Fabuleux séjour dans cette magnifique villa

Nous avons passé un séjour formidable dans cette villa, spacieuse, comfortable, très bien équipée, avec une très belle piscine et des terrasses offrant une vue magnifique sur la mer. Les 4 salles de bain ajoutent au comfort de cette villa. Le barbecue , les nombreux transats, la grande table extérieure nous ont permis de passer des moments formidables à l’extérieur. La villa est très bien placée à Tias pour partir en excursion tant au nord qu'au sud de l'île de Lanzarote. Merci encore pour l'accueil de Patrick, extrêmement disponible et sympathique. Nous recommandons très vivement cette villa.

Sehr ruhiger und schöner Urlaub

Wir waren mit 8 Personen in der Villa Canto. Die Lage ist sehr schön. Der Ausblick war wunderbar. Man konnte sich am Pool sehr gut ausruhen. Die Kommunikation mit Patrick verlief ohne Probleme. Wir können diese Villa empfehlen. Vielen Dank Patrick für alles. Wir wünschen dir alles gute für die Zukunft.

Great location - quiet with splendid views.

After a short drive from the airport we were greeted by the delightful Patrick who introduced us to the villa. It was just as described - a large well appointed villa with a layout suited to a large group or family, a fantastic heated pool and a selection of terraces for sunbathing. The grounds are generous, providing loads of space for kids to play. We loved the location - being far enough away from the busier coast for peace and tranquility but near enough to supermarkets and restaurants for convenience. Our only gripe would be that bedding and towels could be improved on, but to be honest, the overall experience was 5 star Great place!

Spacious and beautiful presented villa

A beautiful large villa with a fantastic view of the sea and mountains. Villa Canto really has everything you need for a self contained holiday stay. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating / lounging areas and an electrically heated solar heated pool meaning it's inviting all year round. You need a car to make the most of the villa, a supermarket is 5 minutes away and Puerto del Carmen beach just 10 minutes drive Patrick was an excellent host, very reactive to any problems and very friendly, especially inviting us to a trip on his yacht I can fully recommend this place for a get away from it all break

Great spacious villa with fantastic heated pool. All the amenities required!!

Fantastic Villa for a family stay with all the amenities. The heated pool is fantastic especially in the colder months. Would recommend hiring a car as taxis find the villa difficult to find even though it’s only 1.5 - 2km away from the harbour. The villa is exceptionally clean (Cath) and the pool/maintenance man Pippo does a great job and is very helpful. I would recommend this villa to anyone, although my only comments would be that some of the amenities need updating/refreshing (quilts, sun lounger cushions and the odd spruce up with paint). It's big, spacious, comfortable with space so all 7 of us could find somewhere quiet/restful if we wanted to. There are numerous terraces but the one we used most was the one leading from the lounge which overlooked the swimming pool and had wonderful views down towards the ocean. We had planned to eat out at nearby Tapas on a few occasions but never managed. The terrace with its large dining table,comfortable seating, fridge and bbq. became our eve 'family time' - having drinks,chatting,laughing, food on the bbq and watching the sunsets. Wonderful happy evenings. Our whole holiday was superb,relaxing and we are returning. Thank you Patrick for your warm welcome to us all and your hospitality. Loved your villa and our holiday

Wonderful location

A lovely villa with wonderful views out to sea. Peaceful with no immediate neighbours yet close to all amenities and easy to explore the island. Patrick is a great host and hiring out his yacht for the day was a wonderful experience.

A fantastic villa!!

We had a wonderful 10 day holiday staying here. The villa is very big with all the amenities you need, the pool is lovely and the kids had a great time in it everyday! There are enough sunbeds for everyone and lots of space both inside and out. The location of the villa is lovely and peaceful but still close enough to the local town and restaurants. Patrick was just lovely! He was there to meet us on our arrival and had lots of advice and ideas of what we could do and visit during our time in Lanzarote. He came in on a couple of occasions to clean the pool and always stayed for a chat. We had an amazing afternoon sailing with Patrick on his yacht where he let us all help, including the kids, and explained everything about sailing to us beginners - we are all now hooked and want to do it again! We all had the best afternoon and are so pleased we were able to do it. We will definitely be recommending Patrick’s villa to all our friends and family and hope to go back ourselves in the future. We hope Patrick liked his honey rum we left as a thank you. We really had a fantastic holiday staying here and would highly recommend it 😀

A superb villa!

We were so pleased that we chose to stay here in this villa, there were 8 of us including our 2 year old granddaughter. We were looking for somewhere with lots of inside and outside space and this place certainly delivered. It is in a lovely quiet spot with views of the sea and yes you need a car but they are cheep to hire. We wanted a villa with a good size pool that was safe...the pool is huge! We were all in it at the same time and there was still room to swim and there are gates to ensure small children can't get into it on thier own. The gardens are also big enough to find a quiet place to get away from the kids music!!! We had a fantastic stay, thank you Patrick for your hospitality and advise, we would recommend your villa to anyone 😊

One Word: Great :-) We will come definitly back.

We (3 persons) were in July 2018 a week in Patricks Finca guest. The week was very very nice. We enjoyed every minute. The finca was as described, everything as in the photos, very nice and clean. We would have liked to stay one more week. We will definitely be back :-) Patrick is a very friendly and pleasant landlord, gives valuable tips and is always available.

Lovely villa with lots of space

Lovely, comfortable villa with lots of space for our family group who ranged in age from 11 to 80. The owner could not have been more helpful (pool inflatables for the children, extra pillows, offers to get welcome groceries) and we really enjoyed our stay. Will definitely return!
