The fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and a further lounge with adjoining study or playroom round off the interior. The washing machine is located in the wash house and is for communal use.

The complex, and therefore for communal use, also includes a seating lounge in the garden - also with sea views and a summer kitchen with barbecue terrace in the upper garden area. In the spacious garden with further seating and sunbathing areas, there is a pool with pool terrace, table tennis, table football and a children's playground (with a connecting door to the patio).

Outside, there is a terrace with a large dining table and panoramic views in the entrance area. The house also has its own patio with a cosy seating area and outdoor barbecue - an ideal breakfast or evening barbecue area.
