Stayed for Crufts, 4th/6th March. Returned first day from Arena at 3.45 pm and room had not been serviced. Tried to phone Reception to find out phone did not work! Calm, relaxing stay, very friendly staff. I had a small leak in the bathroom, which was fixed quickly by a very friendly engineer. All round good experience, highly recommended comfortable stay the night before my flight

We found dog food on the floor when we arrived. The view was ok. Should have booked a room with a bath. If you prefer a quality burger you need to look elsewhere they only seem to have the cheap meat style. The staff were nice. Make sure you get service from Cam... Top bloke
