The Space:

Step inside the Rustic Retreat and discover a thoughtfully designed space perfect for your Sequoia adventure. The house features two comfortable bedrooms, each offering a private sanctuary for rest and relaxation. Two full bathrooms provide convenience for all guests. The heart of the home is the fully equipped kitchen, ready for preparing delicious meals. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining room offers a welcoming space to enjoy your culinary creations. The living room provides a cozy area to unwind after a day of exploring. A dedicated laundry room adds convenience to your stay. Outside, enjoy the fresh air in the backyard, perfect for relaxing or enjoying the BBQ grill. Please note that the garage is not included in the rental.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire house, including the two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry room, backyard, and outdoor seating area. Please note that the garage is not included in the rental.

The town of Three Rivers itself offers a handful of charming restaurants and shops, perfect for a casual meal or picking up supplies. While specific walking distances vary, most local amenities are a quick car ride away, making it easy to experience everything the area has to offer. Enjoy the tranquility of the neighborhood while still being close to the excitement of your Sequoia adventure.



Getting Around:

Getting around the Rustic Retreat is easiest by car, as Three Rivers is a small town. Parking is readily available on the property, and you'll find ample space for your vehicle. For those flying in, the closest major airport is Fresno Yosemite International Airport (FAT), approximately a 1.5-hour drive away. Consider renting a car at the airport for convenient exploration of Sequoia National Park and the surrounding areas. While public transportation within Three Rivers is limited, the scenic drives and proximity to the park make a car the ideal way to experience the beauty of the region.



Other Things to Note:

Please take note of the following to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay at the Rustic Retreat: Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. While we strive to accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests, it's subject to availability and requires prior approval. A fee of $50 per hour will be applied for any time before or after the designated check-in/out times. This is a non-smoking property; please refrain from smoking inside the house. Pets are not allowed. To help maintain the cleanliness of the home, we kindly ask that you remove your shoes upon entering. All trash and food waste must be disposed of in the provided trash cans due to our septic system. Please turn off the air conditioning/heater and lights when you check out. We kindly request no parties or events. Charging electric vehicles is not permitted without prior arrangement, and additional fees may apply. If you use the BBQ grill, please clean it after use. If you plan to have a fire, please inform us, as we need to check with CalFire daily due to the high-fire risk area. Please refrain from feeding the neighbors' animals (horses and cows) or any wildlife. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines.
