Paradise Ranch Inn- Awake House Hot Tub,Sauna.

Paradise Ranch is an “off the grid” 50-acre riverfront luxury eco-glamping ranch and exclusive retreat in Three Rivers. Operated by a team of nature and design enthusiasts. Our 4 OOD houses are completely eco-friendly and sustainable by the sun. Each house is fully furnished as a studio would be with a kitchenette, bed, shower and appliances. We look forward to having you!

NOTE: NO GUEST UNDER 18 ARE ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY. RESERVATION COULD BE SUBJET TO CANCELATION OR 500$/NIGHT FEE PER CHILD

Outdoor Cooking Space:
Cooking happens outside on either the Uuni pizza oven, the hibachi grill or two burners. Each house is equipped with an air fryer as well (inside).

Paradise Ranch is situated on a 50-acre property with a 1 1/4 river running through with waterfalls and swim holes leading to trails. 5 min drive into the back end of the Sequoia National Forest, Lady bug trail, and many more for great hiking.

Each house has its own dedicated parking in the front of the house.

*Hot tub does not have bubbles or jets*

THERE WILL BE A WAIVER TO SIGN UPON RESERVATION CONFIRMATION.
THIS WAIVER IS NON NEGOTIABLE AND FAILURE TO SIGN CAN RESULT IN CANCELATION. EACH GUEST MUST SIGN THIS DOCUMENT.
1. INVITEES /RENTERS – Only guest that are stated in the confirmed reservation may be on the property. There will be no other INVITEES on the land, RENTER is responsible for any INVITEES that come on the land. There will be a fee per unallowed INVITEE and RENTER may be asked to leave without refund. We allow a total of 2 overnight guests for the stated lodging fee per house . This also applies to pets: NO PETS ARE ALLOWED on the property. If, after check-in, it is determined that RENTER has brought a pet or pets without prior notification, RENTER will be charged a pet fee and depending on the circumstances, RENTER may be asked to leave and will be charged the full rental fee without refund or discount.

2. DANGEROUS CONDITIONS / ASSUMPTION OF RISK – RENTER agrees on RENTER’S behalf and also on behalf of all INVITEES, that the owner of the ranch shall under no circumstances be responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, medical conditions, illnesses or death that may occur on or be caused as a result of: (a) any activity undertaken at the ranch and in the river by RENTER and all INVITEES, (b) any dangerous or hazardous conditions existing at the property (including from the river; riverfront; sliding or loose rocks; domestic or wild animals; steep trails; rough and uneven terrain; rockslides; insects; vegetation causing allergic reactions (such as poison oak); fire and smoke danger; steep and unpaved driveways, etc.), or (c) ingress to or egress from the property (including steep and unpaved roads, animals, etc.). Rather, RENTER agrees on RENTER’S behalf and also on behalf of all INVITEES, that RENTER and INVITEES assume the risk for all the above mentioned activities and conditions. RENTER agrees to hold harmless and to indemnify the owner of the ranch from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, lawsuits, made or filed by RENTER and/or any INVITEE of RENTER, whether said INVITEE is part of the GUEST PARTY or otherwise.

3. PERSONAL PROPERTY – RENTER agrees on RENTER’S behalf and also on behalf of all INVITEES, that the owner of the ranch shall not be responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of RENTER or any INVITEE. Rather, RENTER agrees to assume all such risk of loss. RENTER agrees to hold harmless and to indemnify the owner of the ranch from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, lawsuits, made or filed by RENTER and/or any INVITEE of RENTER, whether said INVITEE is part of the GUEST PARTY or otherwise.

4. RANCH PROPERTY – RENTER agrees on RENTER’S behalf and also on behalf of all INVITEES (a) not to deface, injure or destroy any part of the natural environment the property (including all trees, rocks and other natural conditions), and (b) not to take, deface, injure or destroy any part of the physical property of the ranch – this includes not forcing open or climbing over the electronic front gate at the entrance to ranch. PLEASE NOTIFY US IF SOMETHING BREAKS (WE UNDERSTAND THAT ACCIDENTS DO HAPPEN, JUST KNOW WE WILL BE TRULY APPRECIATIVE IF YOU FOREWARN US OF ANY BROKEN OR DAMAGED PROPERTY INSTEAD OF US DISCOVERING IT ON OUR OWN AND GOING THROUGH THE UNPLEASANT TASK OF FILING AN INSURANCE CLAIM AND HAVING TO FOLLOW UP WITH YOU AFTER YOUR STAY - THIS INCLUDES ACCIDENTS BY PETS WHICH ARE MUCH EASIER FOR US TO CLEAN IF WE ADDRESS THEM ASAP INSTEAD OF LATER). RENTER agrees to reimburse the owner of the ranch for any and all losses and/or costs of repair for any such breaches by RENTER or any INVITEE. The ranch has a fragile septic system. Kindly do not flush any feminine products in the toilet. Guests will be responsible for damages that occur during their stay. If there are any plumbing issues or if drainage stops, please turn off water immediately and contact property owner, Kenneth Willardt

5. NO SMOKING INSIDE OR WHERE HAZARDOUS – RENTER and INVITEES shall at no time smoke inside the house. RENTER agrees on RENTER’S behalf and also on behalf of all INVITEES, to reimburse the owner of the ranch for any and all losses; costs of repair; and/or fines and reimbursable costs charged by any governmental agency or department as a result of any smoking activity, for any damage by RENTER or any INVITEE caused by fire, smoke or ash.

6. NO FIRES (this includes candles and mosquito coils) – RENTER and INVITEES shall at no time start a fire in any location. This is vitally important, given the fire danger present throughout the ranch and the Three Rivers area generally. RENTER agrees on RENTER’S behalf and also on behalf of all INVITEES, to reimburse the owner of the ranch for any and all losses; costs of repair; and/or fines and reimbursable costs charged by any governmental agency or department as a result of any fire activity, for any damage by RENTER or any INVITEE caused by fire, smoke or ash. *The ONE EXCEPTION to this rule is that we have gas-burning metal pits that guests are permitted to use year-round.

7. NO FIREWORKS – RENTER and INVITEES shall neither bring, nor ignite or launch, any fireworks, given the fire danger present throughout the ranch and the Three Rivers area generally. RENTER agrees on RENTER’S behalf and also on behalf of all INVITEES, to reimburse the owner of the ranch for any and all losses; costs of repair; and/or fines and reimbursable costs charged by any governmental agency or department, for any damage by RENTER or any INVITEE caused by any fireworks or firework activity.

Most amazing adventure

Our stay here was amazing! Words can’t describe how beautiful this place really is. It is the perfect mixture of luxury meets the out doors. Kenneth was very helpful from beginning to end. Truly a hidden gem. We will definitely stay here again.

Stunning & 100% Worth It

Words can't express how amazing this location is. I wish we had stayed longer now in hindsight. Some things that are stunning that we didn't realize until we got there: 1. The views from the soaking tubs are beautiful day and night 2. There are so many fun ways to cook, from hibachi grills at some locations to your very own pizza oven. 3. The fanciest Japanese style toilet is warmed and so lovely to use! 4. There are fun things across the property from trails they give you information about, outdoor pingpong/cornhole/jenga and of course just exploring nature and the river that runs through the property. 5. There are cool add on options with a bit extra money that we totally would have done had we stayed longer, you can get your steak dinner for example to cook out with, or rent a projector as the room has a giant pulldown screen! Anyway, just go for it and spend the money to stay here, it's totally worth the experience. PS: You should note that the road up to the property is one lane and on the hillside, it can be scary but there are plenty of pullover points and mirrors to indicate oncoming traffic. Also note, at night you can't see into the mirror house from the outside anywhere around the whole thing EXCEPT for the shower when the bathroom light is on which, we learned the hard way as our friends told us they could see me hahahaha

Paradise Ranch makes you reset your thinking and relax into a well equipped and luxurious tiny house that has super fast Starlink wifi, a state of the art bidet toilet and even air conditioning all run completely off grid by solar power and well water that just tastes so clean and fresh. There’s an outdoor kitchen for cooking, pizza oven, personal jacuzzi and even an under deck cooler for your beer or wine. There are 4 tiny houses, with a separate yoga/meditation house and outdoor workout area - it’s very remote and away from other properties so you can relax and watch the stars, or enjoy the river just steps from each house. Beautiful scenery, local trails and close to the park entrance for Sequoia National Park make this a luxury property you must visit.

Amazing!

The perfect place to slow down and soak up nature. We came here on a whim on a trip to Sequoia NP, and it ended up being the highlight of the trip. Amazing views, refreshing cold plunges in the river, and incredible service. The rooms were comfortable, private, and just as pictured in the listing. Kenneth was always available and offered great insight into the area, always ensuring our stay was just what we needed.
