The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, stovetops, refrigerator, coffee maker, cookware, and complete dishes and silverware, along with a dining table for easy meals at home. The contemporary bathroom is stocked with fresh towels, shampoo, body soap, and a hair dryer, ensuring a convenient stay. Additional amenities include air conditioning, high-speed wireless internet, TV, washing machine, iron, and essential bed linens. With a private entrance and suitability for long-term stays, the apartment offers both independence and flexibility. Perfectly positioned in the city centre, guests are just steps away from Thessaloniki’s landmarks, shopping streets, restaurants, and nightlife, making this suite an excellent base for experiencing the city’s dynamic energy.

Once we collect this fee, we pay it in full directly to the government as a tax. Unfortunately, we are not allowed to waive, reduce, or absorb this fee, no matter the circumstances.
