This comfortably decorated 3 bedroom 2 bath home is located in one of the most desirable neighborhoods. Duval is conveniently located between Lake Sumter Landing Market Square and Brownwood Paddock Square. The Town Squares are one of the most popular attractions of the community where you'll find shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and free live entertainment nightly! When you are ready for a day of fun in the sun, the Truman Recreation Center is a short golf ride away. Here you'll find a family friendly swimming pool, billiards room, and much more.

You'll feel welcomed and right at home as soon you open the front door to your home away from home. This home is very comfortable and decorated in a coastal theme. The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy your favorite television shows on the 4K OLED 65” flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a king size bed, 43" 4K TV, walk-in closet, and a private master bath with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a king size bed, 43" 4K, for your guests. The 2nd guest bedroom offers a full/twin size bunk bed for when the grandkids come to enjoy. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. Of course don't forget about the screened in lanai that offers a peaceful outdoor living space. The lanai provides plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy your morning coffee or juice and newspaper or great for those nights you want to enjoy grilling out and enjoying time with your new friends. It is also a great place to end a busy day of activities with a cold drink before heading out to the town square and dance the night away.

This home comes complete and includes a 1 gas powered golf cart ( 4 seater) & High speed gigabit WiFi internet connection. House comes with full high definition cable TV package with all movie channels, sports, and DVR (cable boxes are located in two bedrooms and living room). With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses or pay resident rates at the Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, and more plus over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and we'll provide the 'key' for enjoyment.

Rates are based on double occupancy, additional guest rates will apply.

Property taxes, utilities, cable TV, trash, lawn service, and basic local phone service are included.

All renters must sign a golf cart liability release form. Golf Carts are provided as a curtsey and not apart of the price of the rental.
Check in is 3pm. There is an early check in fee of $50 an hour. There is a $50 an hour charge for late check out. Must be approved a day before.
There are no doors or windows open at the same time as ac or heat is on.

New year visit to see Grandma

Every year we visit mt Mom for new years. Recently we started renting Vrbo as our family needs have changed.Upon an arrival we find the house to be clean expansive family friendly and accurate. Close to entertainment shopping a rec center and more. Almost everything was provided though generally we try to bring our own.Great for a short stay or a longer stay.Thank you so much y’all made a impact on our fam in vacay time Oh yes and I have to mention the golf cart. It was room enough for four, lights work, zippy and fun to tour the villages!

The villages

We had a great time during our four night stay. A few concerns. 1. The third bedroom (kids) had no bottom fitted sheet on bottom bed. 2. We were confused as to how to navigate gates in the community. 3. Upon leaving we ran the dishwasher but there was no dishwasher soap. Overall the experience was wonderful.

Mixed feelings about our stay

Our first impression of the unit was very favorable. Clean and nicely decorated. As we started looking for things, we discovered that inside the doors, and inside the cupboards was crammed full, and very disorganized. The bed in the master bedroom was more like a hammock than a bed. The property manager seemed friendly enough, but the follow-through for things needed like batteries, lightbulbs,Drano, was minimal. She didn’t seem to know how to operate things like the refrigerator, lights, the heating system. This left us to figure out things on our own. Our guest pass for the second month we were there was forgotten, and we didn’t get it until February 5. It had the wrong address on it and did not include passes for the sports pools as was promoted with this unit. The unit was very centrally located easy to get to everything. As a short term rental for someone visiting, friends or relatives in the villages, this unit would be perfect. As someone who is planning to live there for two full months, it was problematic.

The house looked very nice in the pictures but somehow still exceeded my expectations. Immaculately clean, perfect location for where we wanted to be . Couldn’t have asked for more. We will absolutely be requesting to stay again.

Fantastic

Perfect! That's how I describe the house, location and the owner. Our group was a 4 womens getaway. The Villages is the perfect place for fun, activities and food! Hurricane Irma was heading to Florida. We found out our flight on Wednesday would be cancelled. We decided to run towards this hurricane and flew in on Tuesday. We stayed at the waterfront inn. The people at the information center said not to worry, the Villages was all prepared for the storm. Bought groceries for 2 days. Got to the house and hunkered down for the storm. There were lots of games to keep us buzzy including a 500 piece jigsaw puzzle - all pieces there! Within a day after the storm you'd never know a hurricane brushed by! Location right in the middle between Brownwood Paddock and Lake Sumpter Landing. Many rec centers close by. Love the golf carts! Great vacation!

Overall good trip

Beware that if you get a message before 3 that the house is ready, don’t go in or you will be charged $100 early check in fee. It may be in the fine print of the agreement but when VRBO sent the message, we assumed it was good to go. The blue golf car doesn’t do inclines very well. The black one was awesome. If you want to golf, an owner must make the tee time; guests cannot do it. The Duval pool was nice and a convenient ride to it.

Great house and a wonderful time.

We had a wonderful time.The house was nice and had everything we needed.The golf carts were very nice and we loved the whole cart culture and loved going to Sumter Landing.The golf courses were beautiful. I highly recommend and will look to book this house again next year.

Perfect for a Villages Visit

We enjoyed our stay at in Duval. The location was central to everything The Villages has to offer and the home is comfortable, beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you may need. I highly recommend it!
