Location, Location, Location! This beautiful 2 bedroom home is located in the desirable community of Virginia Trace. You can walk to Lake Sumter Landing Market Square where you will find shopping, restaurants, movie theaters and FREE live entertainment nightly.

You'll feel right at home the minute you open the front door. This home is beautifully decorated with an open floor plan and relaxing feel.  This home has beautiful hardwood floors through out the entire home making it easy to clean. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals or entertain new friends. The dining room has comfortable seating for 4. The living room offers plenty of seating and a 60" flat screen TV for you to enjoy your favorite shows or watch a movie. The master bedroom has a high-quality comfortable king size bed, flat screen TV with Xfinity cable, large walk in closet, and a private master bath. The master bath offers a walk in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed for your guests to feel at home. The guest bathroom has been fully remodeled to offer a beautiful walk in shower. All bedrooms and bathrooms come complete with towels and linens. Of course there is the charming screened in lanai which is set up with a table and seating for 4 making it the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee while planning your days activities or a glass of wine with friends before heading off to Lake Sumter Landing Market Square to enjoy an evening of FREE live entertainment. The well landscaped private back yard is like your own little oasis with 2 chaise lounge chairs for you to relax & enjoy the sounds of nature. This home is set up for entertaining so invite your new friends over! 

This home comes complete with a Gas Golf Cart & Wi-Fi internet.  With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the 29 executive golf courses with no greens fees. And these executive golf courses are not your typical 'pitch & putt' courses. They present some challenging par 3s and the occasional par 4, with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 11 Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball courts, sand volleyball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and we'll provide the 'key' for enjoying the lifestyle.

Fun at The Villages!

We had a great time. The Villages is a wonderful place to visit and the location of this property was perfect. Very close to Lake Sumpter Landing Square. Great restaurants and shopping. always something fun to do. Tis is the quietest house we have ever stayed in.

Virginia Trace

The location is excellent. It is very close to an adult pool and to Sumpter Landing. The villa is well equiped and has a nice screened porch. They even have bikes to ride, in addition to the golf cart. It is a little over-decorated and shows some wear and tear, but that did not impact our experience.

1172 Burton Ln Issues.....

Upon arrival, toilets were both black throughout causing a bad odor. House was very dusty and floors needed swept. I swept the floor and cleaned the toilets. Also, both wall clocks had dead batteries, thermostat needs a service check - we set it on 70 and the temperature soared up to 78 degrees many nights. Kitchen scissors are broken and there is no pizza cutter and no cake/roasting pan. Location was great! Maryann

Needs a deep clean

There was so much dander in the place that my allergies went crazy. I vacuumed the carpets multiple times, and each time the vacuum canister was full. It was so bad it felt like my body was swollen. On top off this, the appliances were about 20 years old and didn’t have the quality of life I’d expect when renting a VRBO. The beds and pillows were also very uncomfortable, and likely old as well.

We do plan to return and hope this issue will be addressed along with our request to repair the inoperable front burner on the stove.

Excellent stay

We stayed for about 2 months and had a wonderful time. This stay ranks among the very best we've had over the years at VRBO/HomeAway properties. Cannot think of a single negative about the whole experience.
