"We arrived at the AC Hotel Downtown NY for our first ever trip to NYC Dec 26-30 at 1pm. We paid for a 2m check in and we were in our room at 2:00pm. The staff at check in were very friendly and held our bags for us while we relaxed on the 2nd floor. We were given waters and sent on our way to our room on the 25th floor. We had a view of the East River and Downtown. The room wasn’t very big but it was clean. I understand most NYC hotel rooms aren’t large. We have a family of 4 so we had two beds....
