In The Hague, near Scheveningen harbor and boulevard, a semi-detached cottage in a quiet neighborhood. 13 minutes walk through the dunes to the beach. Many cycling opportunities in the vicinity.
Downstairs the house consists of a hall, living room, dining room, kitchen and toilet. Upstairs 2 bedrooms with a double bed, 1 bedroom with a single bed and a child's bed. Bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, washing machine and dryer.
Basement with freezer and second fridge.
Beautiful garden with terrace, screened pond, lawn, playhouse e. d. Behind a patio with bbq.
This house is ideal for couples who want to stay in a quiet area with a large city within reach, but also for families with small children who want to go to the beach.
Free parking in front of the door. Shopping street within walking distance. Bakery and vegetable shop around the corner.

**German** (englisch below) Wir - Familie 2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser Ferienunterkunft! Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Der Garten war einfach traumhaft schön und bot eine tolle Atmosphäre zum Entspannen. Das Haus selbst bot ausreichend Platz für unsere Familie. Es war mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchten, und sogar Fahrräder und Roller standen zur Verfügung, was uns sehr gefallen hat. Besonders beeindruckt waren wir von der gut ausgestatteten Küche, die eine große Auswahl an Geschirr und Zubehör bot. Dadurch konnten wir problemlos unsere Mahlzeiten zubereiten. Die Lage des Hauses war ruhig, aber dennoch waren alle wichtigen Einrichtungen in der Nähe. Der Strand war zu Fuß erreichbar und mit dem Bus gelangten wir schnell ins Zentrum. Das Kunstmuseum, das nur drei Haltestellen entfernt war, können wir sehr empfehlen. Es gab ein umfangreiches Angebot an Kunst und Kultur in Den Haag. Insgesamt haben wir unsere Zeit hier sehr genossen und können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. **English** We had a wonderful time at this vacation rental! Schon vor der Ankunft war die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter problemlos und schnell. Wir, 4 Erwachsene, wurden von Ruud und Alison herzlich empfangen und mit allen Besonderheiten des Hauses vertraut gemacht. Das Haus ist noch schöner eingerichtet und reichhaltiger ausgestattet, als wir es von der Beschreibung her erwartet hatten. Es ist sehr sauber, gepflegt, stilvoll eingerichtet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben uns sofort hier wohl gefühlt und auch den Garten mit den lauschigen Plätzen sehr zur Entspannung genossen. Sowohl das Meer, als auch die Städte Den Haag, Leiden, Delft, Gouda usw. mit dem reichhaltigen kulturellen Angebot sind von diesem Standort aus sehr gut zu erreichen. Parken ist direkt am Haus möglich und für Gäste, die mit einem E-Auto anreisen, gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe Ladestationen. Das E-Ladenetz in den Niederlanden ist hervorragend ausgebaut. Wir würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen und können sie nur sehr empfehlen. R.MvZ

The house is really great and exactly as described. A few minutes by bicycle to the wonderful beach and at the same time it also takes only a few minutes to the wonderful city center of The Hague. The hosts are super friendly and helpful - it has been a pleasure!

Dieses Ferienhaus ist nur zu empfehlen. Es strahlt einen Charme aus und man fühlt sich direkt wohl.Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Objekt liegt ruhig aber dennoch zentral. Mit den bereitgestellten Fahrrädern kann man die herrliche Gegend erkunden . Wir kommen bestimmt noch einmal wieder! Familie aus Lohmar

We had a most enjoyable stay in The Hague. The property is well located, close to the beach and within easy distance to the city centre, with good public transport nearby. The house is very charming and comfortable , with a beautiful garden. The owners are very friendly and helpful and always replied promptly to our enquiries. Highly recommended.

Das Haus war sehr schön in einer sehr ruhigen Lage und trotzdem nah an allem. Es hat an nichts gefehlt! Die Vermieter waren super freundlich! Für die Kinder war super viel Spielzeug dort und sie haben die Hängematte geliebt!:) Alles in allem ein klasse Service! Gerne wieder!:)

We had a great time in this wonderful house. Everything was so beautiful, it was a home away from home, and we thoroughly enjoyed every minute. Sadly we could only stay for one week. The house is only a ten minute walk from the North Sea which is just great, since we like to do beach walks for hours on end. Hopefully we can come back! :)

Haus und Garten sind schön, gut und liebevoll eingerichtet und in ruhiger Umgebung. Die weitläufige Dünenlandschaft mit verschiedenen Strandzugängen wie auch Den Haag selber mit seinen Museen sind mit dem Rad gut zu erreichen. Mit dem Auto sind auch umliegende Städtchen wie Delft oder Leiden schnell erreichbar. Die Vermieter waren nett und hilfsbereit.

Ein wirklich schönes Haus mit Garten und Fahrrädern in einer super Lage. Vor allem unser Kleiner Sohne (3 Jahre) hatte viel zu entdecken und zum Spielen. Ideal für Familien.

Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub verbracht. Im Haus ist alles was man braucht. Es sind Fahrräder vorhanden, mit denen man in 5min den wunderschönen Strand erreichen kann. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt in der Nähe. Sehr schöner Garten!

The house was lovely and had everything we could need. We enjoyed the BBQ area and the hammock! It was well placed both for the beach (10 minute walk) and for the city centre, which was just a short tram ride away. The owners let us use their bicycles, which we used on several occasions to visit beaches at various points along the cycle paths through the dunes to the Hook of Holland. Amsterdam was only 45 minutes away by car. A really enjoyable stay!

We enjoyed our stay in The Hague very much. The house is situated in a quiet neighbourhood. We were able to cycle in less than ten minutes to the beach and in only fifteen minutes to the city centre. It was great that the bikes were provided. We didn’t need to use our car once and were able to leave it safely parked on the street for the full duration of our holiday. The Hague offers a wide range of museums, architecture and shops to enjoy in the city centre and a great beach nearby. Ruud and Alison were friendly and helpful hosts.

This cottage has a very special location, on one hand it lies in a quiet neighbourhood of a capital city, on the other hand it lies just a ten minutes-walk away from the beach. This combination bears an abundance of activities to do. You can easily combine a vacation at the seaside with all cultural activities you can do at a city trip. The cottage itself is very well equipped and there was nothing we missed during our stay there. The cottage also has a lovely garden, and a comfortable furnishing. Family Berdel from Dreieich
