"Lovely property very close to Busch Gardens and shuttle was great! Pull out bed was very uncomfortable"

"Great hotel. The staff are fantastic!!! The nicest people ever. I would go stay there again just to have the same front desk people host me again. The elevator sucked. There are 2 in total. One of them is out of order for construction (apparently I hear it's been like that for a year). And the other elevator is moved like it is 100 years old (one time the doors didnt even open until I hit the button for them to open). I expected better from a Hyatt."

"Was surprised at how nice this place was. Big rooms and nice bar and food."

"Tv didn’t work No WiFi . Mattress was hard. No courtesy at all.."

Guests had to wait for a staff to let them back into their room or leave a member of their party in the room....

The staff at the front desk was really nice and the bartenders were also nice. I was in a corner suite and it was a super spacious room. Housekeeping cleans your room everyday, which is a nice amenity that many hotels no longer offer. The only thing I didn't like like are the corner suites are directly adjacent to the...

"Easy access to airport!!"
