"We really enjoyed our stay! The view from the room was wonderful, and the bed was very comfortable — we slept great. Everything was very clean, and you can feel the high level of service. "Swimmers beware: I booked this stay specifically because of the lap pool. However, the pool is closed without an expected re-open date. The pool is still advertised everywhere. The hotel was otherwise fine, and I appreciated the included breakfast and the view from the restaurant area."

"This hotel has complimentary parking, which was a big advantage. Parking is not readily available in San Francisco. The location is excellent. It is within walking distance of Chinatown and Fisherman's Wharf. The property is older, but well kept. Our room was very nice. As far as staffing, Leida is awesome! Check in and out we're both easy. "There was nothing in the room except 2 water glasses in the bathroom. The complementary coffee downstairs was weak (and fake cream). No store to buy sodas etc. (just a vending machine). Front desk people were friendly but didn't even know the closest location to buy real coffee and a bagel. Not staying there again."

"The property is a renovated hotel. Accoustic / popcorn ceilings, small bathrooms, thin walls & floors.You hear doors slamming above you and in the halls.I had to wear ear plugs because it was noisy. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was plentiful, but bland.The next trip to San Francisco I'll be checking out some other options. "
