  • Una villa familiar privada ubicada en una zona residencial tranquila con aspecto abierto en la parte trasera. Las vistas son hacia la cumbre del sol.
    La villa está orientada al sur y en el sol todo el día. Si está adentro tenemos aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones y el salón. Nuestro área de patio de la piscina está diseñada para comer al aire libre al aire libre (incluyendo barbacoa grande) pero con mucha sombra si lo necesita debajo de la palmera, la naya cubierta o la persiana sobre el patio. Hay mesas y sillas en varios lugares para que las horas de las comidas relajadas.
    En el verano hay a menudo una brisa con gran satisfacción.
    Los bares y restaurantes en Moraira están a unos 5 minutos en coche o aproximadamente 25 minutos paseo. Las tiendas locales, bares y restaurantes en Tabaira están a unos 15 minutos a pie, pero se recomienda un coche. A 40 minutos en coche se encuentran atracciones como el parque temático Terra Mítica y Aqualandia.

    En el interior hay un salón con tres piezas de la suite, mesa de café, mesillas, otro armario, lámparas estándar y de mesa, reproductor de DVD, TV de pantalla plana con una gama de canales británicos de TDT. La puerta principal se entra directamente en el salón. En la parte trasera del salón son puertas de la piscina y naya. Durante el día cuando estés en casa, puedes abrir completamente estas puertas dobles y hacer uso de las mosquiteras magnéticas. Una brisa bienvenida sin la molestia de los insectos. El acceso a la cocina, las salas de baño / ducha y las habitaciones se encuentra en un pasillo desde el salón.

    La cocina está totalmente equipada para seis personas.

    Dormitorios: se proporcionan ropa de cama y toallas (incluidas toallas de playa).
    Todos los dormitorios tienen armarios empotrados y de noche adicionales de almacenamiento - ropa y las maletas todo puede encajar en armarios. Todas las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado. Todas las habitaciones tienen un ventilador portátil y ventanas con vista a la parte trasera de la propiedad y la terraza cubierta. Cada habitación tiene un espejo largo (algunas son de cuerpo entero) y ofrecemos un secador de pelo. Hay mesas de noche en cada habitación con lámparas de noche. Ropa de cama se proporcionan y se cambian semanalmente. 

    El dormitorio principal tiene un cuarto de baño privado con gran ducha a ras de, WC, tocador con almacenamiento debajo. Hay una puerta que da a la terraza / naya cubierta. 
    Las camas de esta habitación se pueden hacer como una cama extra grande o dos individuales.

    Medio dormitorio - Hay una cama doble en esta sala.

    Primer dormitorio - Hay dos camas individuales en esta sala que se puede hacer como una cama supletoria de matrimonio.

    Otro equipo
    Todos los baños tienen una toma de corriente adecuada para máquinas de afeitar - si tiene aparatos Reino Unido tenemos al menos ocho adaptadores en la villa para su conveniencia
    Wifi - libre (código estará en la información de los invitados).

    Exterior / jardín para uso de los huéspedes
    Naya cubierta accedida directamente desde la villa con un sofá de tres plazas, mesillas y sillones de mimbre.

    Hay una gran barbacoa (que requiere carbón).

    Piscina de 5 x 10 metros (tenga en cuenta que la piscina no está climatizada ya que solo alquilamos durante el verano).

    Gran patio abierto que rodea la piscina y la parte trasera de la villa con palmeras maduras para dar sombra y comer debajo.

    Mesa y 6 sillas / Seis tumbonas / Línea de lavado rotativo /
    Ducha de la piscina.

    También tenemos una terraza en la azotea se accede por una escalera de caracol de hierro forjado. Hay amplias vistas desde aquí.

    Los días de cambio son flexibles.

    También estamos totalmente registrados con la autoridad regional española correspondiente para alquilar nuestra villa solo para 6 personas.

From start to finish this holiday was fantastic. Tucked away in the perfect position with spacious grounds and a fantastic pool. The facilities, cleanliness, space and quality were all faultless.Recently decorated, spacious rooms with air conditioning comfortable beds and ample storage. The swimming pool was one of the best sizes I have experienced for a private villa. Beach equipment and towels also provided. The host Sally was always contactable and extremely prompt. Working in the travel industry I have become very critical but this experience is highly recommended. Book it!

Lovely, comfortable villa

Very clean and well kept. The furniture and beds very comfortable. The pool is a good size. Short, easy drive to Moraira. We all enjoyed our stay.

The best villa we have stayed at in Moraira over 15yrs.

In a nice quiet area or Moraira with lovely views of the area. Flat plot with nice pool and everything cleaned and maintained to a high standard. The host has gone above and beyond to provide all the things in the villa for an enjoyable holiday.

Spacious villa, great location

Really nice villa, very clean and spacious. It was very hot when we visited so were glad of the large pool! Great communication from the owner. We needed the second small fridge in the outbuilding which was very useful as the fridge in the kitchen is very small. Overall a great holiday, thank you!

Fabulous villa

Stayed here for a week with family. The villa was fab and had everything you would need. Contact with Sally was brilliant and lots of helpful information was shared to support getting here and how to use everything at the property. Air conditioning was much appreciated as was the lovely pool as it was so hot during our stay! It was only a short drive to the shops and into Moraira as well although we walked into town on a couple of occasions (approx 35-40 mins) with some excellent bars and restaurants which are well worth a visit.

Well equipped villa

The villa was exactly as described, with a stunning pool and everything needed for a comfortable stay. Easy to find and within a short distance to supermarkets and a new cafe which was worth visiting in the morning for breakfast or coffee. Sadly the weather was poor so we spent more time inside. It would’ve been good to have a few more tv channels but had the weather been better this wouldn’t have been an issue.

La casa es excepcional. Tiene todo tipo de utensilios de cocina, de detalles. Las habitaciones y baños perfectos. El exterior grande, la piscina perfecta. Llevo más de 10 viajes a este tipo de viviendas y de todos ellos sin duda, la mejor. La calidad/precio incomparable. Por sacar alguna pega, recomendaría cambiar los colchones de la habitación de las 2 camas de 90cm y reparar la alcachofa de uno de los 3 baños que por problemas de cal se encuentra obstruida y sale poca agua.Una vivienda muy, muy, muy recomendable.

Lovely villa with huge pool

This really is a very well maintained villa, the star of the show has to be the lovely large open space around a huge 5 x 10 meter pool, which gets the sun all day until about 7.30pm. Five quality sunbeds around the pool and a very comfy rattan table with 4 chairs under an awning. There was also a large umbrella and a dining table with 4 chairs on the patio, but we found it too hot in the day ( August!). Lovely master bedroom. 2 smaller bedrooms, whilst not en-suite both have a super modern bathroom opposite. Comfy living room, the TV is modern enough to use a Fire stick ( we had to use an extension cable, it all worked well). Quality air conditioning throughout, which is really quiet. The location quiet, but just 6 mins from the supermarket and about the same distance to Moraira town car park. . You can really tell someone loves this house, it’s so well looked after. Sally the host was absolutely fantastic, she really went the extra mile to accommodate all our requests-would not hesitate to go back to this lovely villa.

Wonderful Villa

We had a wonderful stay – 2nd time to the villa – The villa is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet residential area. The villa is immaculate, furnishings, bedrooms, kitchen and three bathrooms all feel modern and new. Everything you need and more – from the welcome pack, books, games, BBQ, Wi-Fi and the air-conditioning. There is a very large pool, which gets the sun all day, so when you swim late in the afternoon the pool is very warm. Outside area is clean and well maintained - a very quiet and peaceful location only 5/10 minutes to shops/Moraira. Excellent communication with the owner –would highly recommend this property and would not hesitate to book again (hopefully next Year).

Experiencia excelente

Todo excelente incluido el trato con el propietario. Todo igual tal y como se muestra en el anuncio. Una experiencia muy buena, para volver a repetir. La piscina la hemos disfrutado mucho y la zona muy tranquila.

Superb

This villa is everything we could have wished for, from the cleanliness and facilities, to the location which was picturesque and peaceful. Sally was extremely accommodating when we had to change our travel dates at the last minute due to flight cancellations and was informative regarding the best place to obtain the COVID tests required to return to the UK. We can’t wait to return!

Maison pratique avec grande piscine

La maison est située dans un endroit calme et est parfaite pour des vacances en famille. La piscine est grande, la maison est parfaite avec ses 3 chambres et 3 salles de bain. Les enfants avaient leur propre salle de bain avec bain et douche. La suite parentale est très confortable Et agréable ! Je recommande cette maison qui offre un très bon rapport qualité prix! Et Sally est super, à l écoute et réactive à la moindre question. Merci pour cet agréable séjour. Sophie et sa famille.

Alojamiento perfecto

La villa es perfecta para el descanso. Viene completamente equipada. Mobiliario moderno y nuevo. El espacio de la piscina es bastante agradable y con buenas vistas a la naturaleza. Abierto. No se escucha nada lo que permite un descanso y tranquilidad buscada. Sin lugar a dudas repetiremos si vamos por la zona

Beautiful property!

My family and I stayed in this lovely villa for two weeks in July 2019 and had a fabulous time! It is a real home from home, with the added benefit of a large pool on a very generously sized terrace with lovely views. The property is well looked after and very clean. There was plenty of equipment for cooking, whether it be inside or outside on the barbecue. The three bedrooms were very comfortable and benefitted from air conditioning in each room. The neighbourhood was quiet and peaceful and only a short drive to the centre of Moraira. A car is recommended. Moraira is a great resort with lovely beaches, bars, shops and restaurants. It is a safe and friendly environment which is perfect for families. The owner was very responsive and supportive and the team that looked after the villa were just at the end of the phone if we needed them. I would not hesitate to recommend this villa as a place to stay in Moraira.

Relaxing holiday in a lovely villa

We ( 2 adults, 3 children) had a fantastic holiday in this villa just outside Moraira. The villa itself has 3 good sized bedrooms, all with air conditioning, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living area also with air conditioning. The outside area is a good size - as is the pool which is 10m x 5m and approximately 2m deep at the deeper end; this is important to us as many villas seem to have smaller pools ( more like big baths really! ) which are not ideal for a family of 5. There is a very handy retractable awning to provide some shade over the outside eating area, and there is also a large brick bbq. The location is good, nice and quiet and just a 5 minute drive into Moraira itself. We used a hire car but I imagine a taxi would not be expensive as an alternative. Moraira is the nicest place on this stretch of the coast in my opinion. Plenty of places to eat and a nice buzz without being over developed, a great beach ( with another quieter one not far away in El Portet), and relatively easy to park. Communication from the owners was great and any questions were promptly answered. All in all I would highly recommend this villa and wouldn't hesitate to book it again myself.

Wonderful Villa

The villa is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet residential area. The villa is immaculate, furnishings, bedrooms, kitchen and three bathrooms all feel modern and new. Everything you need and more – from the welcome pack, books, games, BBQ, Wi-Fi and the air-conditioning. There is a very large pool, which gets the sun all day, so when you swim late in the afternoon the pool is very warm. Outside area is clean and well maintained and very quiet and peaceful. You do need a car as the nearest shops/bars are 5 minute drive, 10 minutes takes you into Moraira, which has a beautiful marina and lots of restaurants to suit all tastes, shops and bars. When we were there it was festival week in Moraira – lots of fireworks, parades, live music and the exceptional All-Stars Steel Orchestra from Toronto (check them out on You Tube). Excellent communication with the owner and easy to follow instructions from Alicante Airport to the front door. If you have never been to Moraira you should visit and stay at this Villa, you will not be disappointed. We would certainly book again.

Perfect for a relaxing holiday.

Well equipped, comfortable, clean family friendly accommodation. In a quiet location but not far from coast, restaurants and shops. Although it is on a large urbanisation, it is a very quiet area and excellent for a relaxing, peaceful time. Would definitely return.

Stunning !!

We had a 2 week stay in this lovely villa, 6 adults and 1 infant, we were very impressed with the overall appearance, space and facilities at this lovely villa. It is in a nice quiet location and kept to a very high standard by the very accommodating owners Sally and Geoff Windsor who also allowed us to stay for a few more hours as we had a late flight home. We would not hesitate to recommend this villa and look forward to coming back in the not too distant future ! Thank you Sally and Geoff, for a fantastic holiday, Alan Paine and family
