Inside, you’ll find a cozy living room with leather recliners and dining for up to ten guests in a warm, welcoming setting. The kitchen features leathered granite countertops, an oversized stainless-steel refrigerator, gas range, deep stainless steel sink, and a dishwasher—everything needed for home-cooked meals or casual entertaining. Behind a set of French doors, a private lounge offers the perfect spot to enjoy coffee, share drinks with friends, or relax with a book in complete quiet. The apartment comfortably sleeps up to ten guests, with one queen bedroom and two bedrooms featuring double full bunk beds. Each of the 2.5 bathrooms is freshly renovated with modern finishes and plenty of space for guests to get ready. Central air and forced hot air heating ensure year-round comfort, while triple-pane windows and insulated walls keep the apartment peaceful and quiet. The on-demand hot water system guarantees that you’ll never run out, even with a full house. Located within walking distance to Baldwin Park, local restaurants, takeout spots, and a nearby package store, the apartment makes it easy to explore the best of Litchfield County. It’s just two minutes from Route 8 and fifteen minutes from I-84, offering convenient access to nearby attractions, hiking trails, and wedding venues. Getting married in the area? This apartment is a wonderful place to get ready for photos, with bright lighting and thoughtfully designed spaces. For larger groups, guests can book all three rentals on the property—units #31, #32, and #33—to enjoy the entire space together, accommodating up to fourteen guests in total. Guests have private access to the entire apartment and shared outdoor areas, along with free on-site parking. This property offers the perfect balance of comfort, privacy, and location for families, groups, professionals, and long-term guests visiting Litchfield County. Animal Policy: NO CATS. Maximum 1 Medium/Large Dog or 2 small dogs.** NON- SHEDDING HYPOALLERGENIC ONLY*** Must be HOUSE TRAINED and CRATED when guests leave. The cost is $35/Per Dogl/ Per Night and needs to be paid through the resolution center the day you book.
If you would like the animal to sleep on the bed with you, please bring a sheet for it to lay on. I do not suggest letting your dog loose. The person(s) who book the reservation assume full responsibility of any damages, additional cleaning expenses caused by the animal in the reservation as well as the safety of animal(s) on the entire property. Any unapproved or additional animals are subject to a $50 daily fee per animal.
- Absolutely no unwarranted parties allowed. External cameras will be monitored, and any sign of a party will result in eviction.
- We may request Proof of Identification from any/all guests in the reservation at any time before or during the check-in process. If any guest(s) refuse to provide the requested identification, the entire group will not be able to stay, and you will not be entitled to a refund.

- Engaging in any illegal activities, including underage drinking, smoking marijuana on the property, loitering outside past quiet hours, or hosting a party without the host`s consent, will result in immediate eviction without refund.
- Extra guest charge $30/pp/PER NIGHT, regardless of whether they stay or not.
- No extra guests allowed inside the unit unless approved by the host before booking confirmation. If you try to bring unwarranted guests in, you may be forced to leave without refund. So, don’t risk it.
- Unauthorized late checkouts will incur a $100/hr fee in 1-hour increments, up to a maximum of 2 hours. Any time beyond 2 hours will result in an additional $500 fee.
- Smoking inside the unit will lead to a $350 OZONE cleaning fee, in addition to any security deposit.
- Forgotten items mailed to guests incur a $50 charge plus shipping costs.
- Quiet hours begin at 10:30 pm.
- The first noise/neighbor complaint after quiet hours will result in a $250 fine. Additional complaints lead to immediate termination of the stay with no refund.
- Parking cars on the grass incurs a $250 fine per car.
- Reservation changes are subject to approval, and if allowed, a minimum of 50% of adjusted/removed dates will be withheld by the host. No reservation date adjustments allowed within 30 days of booking.
- Guests must clean up all garbage from the yard every night, or an excessive cleanup fee of $50 will apply.
- Thermostats are set to a threshold of 68-72 degrees. Please plan accordingly.
- Early check-in and late check-out must be paid for at the time they are approved. No refunds.
- All issues should be reported within 3 hours after check-in. With photographic evidence.
- All issues that are not reported will not be eligible for a partial or full refund.
- Communication is very important to us. We would greatly appreciate it if any issues could be communicated directly to us, rather than being left in a review.
