Resort "La Cerretella" is a charming holiday rental built in 1800, offering nine comfortable apartments for guests. Nestled in the heart of the Tuscan countryside in Terricciola, Italy, the resort boasts amenities such as a Swimming Pool, Yard, Internet Wifi, Parking, Tennis Court, and Installment Plan options. With its peaceful location and proximity to local attractions, this property provides the perfect base for exploring the beauty of Tuscany.

Outdoors
Guests can enjoy the resort's sprawling 50-hectare property, complete with trees, meadows, and a large 16 x 8 meter swimming pool available seasonally from May 9th to October 3rd. The outdoor facilities also include a children's pool, an outdoor shower, tennis courts (available for an extra fee), table tennis, a terrace, a barbecue area, and a children's playground.

Other Information
The resort is accessible via a 400-meter-long motor access road (via unmade road), and parking is available on the premises. While the location is peaceful and secluded, shopping amenities are nearby, with a shop and supermarket just 5 kilometers away. Please note that the owner does not accept any groups.

La Carraia (TER100) is a charming 2-room apartment located on the ground floor. The apartment boasts a rustic interior with comfortable furnishings that will make you feel right at home. The bedroom features a cozy French bed measuring 160 cm, perfect for a good night's sleep. The kitchen-living room area is spacious and includes a dining table for enjoying meals with family or friends.

Amenities Included
The kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, 3 gas rings, 1 hot plate, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a double sofa bed in the living room, providing additional sleeping space. The apartment includes a shower/WC and gas heating. Additionally, there are mosquito nets on the windows to keep pesky insects out. A baby cot for up to 2 year-olds is available upon request at an extra charge. For your convenience, free WiFi is available throughout the apartment. Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment and only one small pet/dog is allowed. bel environnement

Merveilleux domaine !paisible, verdoyant, reposant ! lieu stratégique : à 1h de tout ! 1h de Pise, de Livourne, de Florence, de la mer .... Voiture obligatoire. commerces à 10 minutes à peine. L'appartement est conforme à la description, lits confortables... Nous avons bien profité de la piscine et du tennis ! L'hôte adorable, aimable, serviable, discrète, parfaite ! je recommande ! Merci ! Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable.
