The house overall was great. Clean, comfortable and remodeled nicely. I would have loved some darker/ better curtains or blinds in the bedrooms. The sun came blaring in fiercely each morning making it difficult to sleep any past sunrise.

One of our biggest concerns is always the AC. This one worked great and house spotless. Looks like they are working on back deck and will be nice addition.

VRBO in Terrell, TX

I think you all did a wonderful job refurbishing the house. It had everything we needed. The only issue (minor) was the over-powering scent of the air fresheners in the house. We are old and, perhaps, a little over sensitive. Nevertheless, we had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely stay here again. And, we would recommend this place to friends. Thanks again for everything.

Cute little 3 bedroom house, open concept, newly remoded, with a nice master with king and in suite bathroom. The beds were comfortable. The bedroom with 2 queens was a little small, but worked good for my 4 grandchildren to sleep, but the room could benefit from a black out curtain because it gets warm and sunny in there. There was a newly constructed big deck on the back, which does give extra space for kids to be. We also used deck railings to hang towels and swim suits from the day, but could benefit from door to prevent children to go in back yard as still boards, etc were in yard. Also the patio table and chairs were not useable. I left a few items and owner communicated with me to figure out a solution. I was very grateful!
