"The layout and room of home is great. Pretty view also. But it needs to be cleaned. It was pretty dirty on arrival. Tables were dirty and sticky. Floors dirty. Nothing to cook with in the kitchen. Bring your pots and pans. But even with all of that we made do and had the best time. But the house does need some attention…"

"This property was not very clean. I have attached photos. Some of the photos that were previously shared are similar to mine which is sad that they did not choose to make it better. Light bulbs were burnt out and chair cushions were gross and dirty. The patio furniture had nails sticking up and if we didn’t see them, we could have gotten hurt. The patio had rotting wood that made it feel unsafe. When we told the host they didn’t see to do anything other than say it would be better in the future...

"Very overpriced for the value. The living room furniture and rug were dirty and stained. The a/c was spotty. There was a hole in the wall in one of the upstairs rooms. Had to stuff with tee shirt because of heat coming in. House felt unsteady, could feel it sway. There is no outdoor furniture on the upper deck."

"Never got pool key to work. Then it was closed Tuesday, Wednesday and when we left this morning. The bunk beds need to be tightened. They squeeze and wobbly anytime someone moves while on them. But overall we had a great time. My grandkids want to know when they can go back. And we only got home about 3 hours ago."

"The house was perfect for 6 of us! The two bedrooms downstairs were ideal for adult children. The kitchen was amazing along with breakfast nook and living room. It was a perfect location to walk just a few minutes to the beach. The patio was great for morning coffee and the outdoors spaces were perfect for gatherings. "The house was nice and had good communication with the host. The kitchen was well stocked and there was a lot of room for our family to enjoy. The only negative was the neighbor. He was often drunk and loudly telling other guests about fishing “rules” around the canal. He made things uncomfortable on a couple of occasions including urinating off his stairs into the canal. Otherwise our stay was fantastic but that neighbor will keep us from returning to this house."

"This place is not at all like the pictures. The entire place is held together with caulk and duct tape. We tried getting ahold of the owner the first day about it and we ended up ultimately having to leave and rent something else. The owners still have not responded to our request for a refund. The entire place was very dirty, trash bins were full, and the rooms were not as advertised."

"We had a wonderful stay. The home was exactly as described and the photos accurately depicted the home and rooms. Very family friendly. The location was great, only about 20 minutes from Seawall Blvd and easy access to the beach. In fact, beach access was almost perfect, very walkable but being able to drive on the beach made it super easy to take all of our stuff out there. Overall; our trip was 10/10 and the home was a big part of it!"
