Welcome to this bright and modern apartment with a large living room, on the 3rd floor without elevator of a building located in one of the most equipped and comfortable areas of Terni. Designed to offer practicality and comfort, it is the ideal solution for couples, tourists, professionals and travellers.

The internal space is organised in a functional way: the sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms, each with a working area, a double bed, quality linen for a regenerating rest. Baby cot also available.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle and coffee machine, perfect for preparing breakfasts or meals independently.

The dining area is bright and cosy, ideal for eating or a coffee break at the Corner Bar.

The Living Room is equipped with a comfortable sofa, Smart TV and three original theatre armchairs. The Musical Corner completes the area with my personal piano that I gladly make available for guest musicians who need an instrument to study, accompany singing or compose.

The bathroom, modern and attention to detail, is equipped with a spacious shower, hairdryer, set of towels and cleaning products.

At guests' disposal there is also a safe, washing machine, iron and clothes drying.

The apartment is equipped with independent heating and cooling through c/f air conditioners.

In both rooms you can find sports equipment for light physical activity, but if you prefer outdoor activities there is a public park less than 1 km away.

Fast Wi-Fi allows you to work, study or watch your favourite content without interruption.

Before your arrival you will receive all the instructions for self check-in, so from 15:00 you can arrive whenever you want, in total autonomy. Fantastic, isn't it?!

We have prepared for you a HOUSE MANUAL in digital format containing important informations for your stay. You will receive it before your arrival and you will also find it at home in paper format.
