"Nice hotel, right downtown. Bus from the airport stopped in front of hotel, so it was very easy to reach. Breakfast buffet outstanding. Very friendly staff. Will stay there again if I ever come back."

"Fantastic stay, the rooms were lovely and the staff were very friendly."

"As a frequent traveler to Europe, this is hands down the best value hotel I’ve stayed at. The self-check-in is seamless, and customer service is excellent—they answered my call instantly and sent staff to help right away. It was a pleasant surprise that they even offer Chinese support alongside English and Finnish! The location is extremely convenient, with a shopping mall, supermarkets, and restaurants nearby. The room was clean, with strong shower pressure, reliable hot water, and great...

"Lovely two night stay over halloween. Check in staff were so friendly. Room was immaculately clean (rm 315). Loved the fantastic lift! Breakfast had a brilliant selection and was very tasty. Great location and wifi and parking were perfect. Overall a really lovely stay and if I head to lapland again will most certainly stay there."

"中心地からも近く、ホテルも綺麗で大満足でした"

"A great hotel with a real sense of warmth and tranquility, fantastic staff and clean well made rooms. It sits at the top of the Ounasvaara hill, so prepare for it, but we loved it. The views over the forest, with the town beyond, are lovely. It's a lovely walk along the forest path down to Rovaniemi (about 2km), we stayed in October and there was no snow. Be prepared for the climb back up, or hop in a taxi for a short ride. The restaurant is a real highlight: local flavours, beautifully served...

"Emplacement à 15 - 20min de la gare à pied. Appartement bien équipé. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié pour bien commencer la journée."

"The apartment itself was nice but there was an unpleasant surprise that we found out the day that we arrived. The photos from the listing shows another apartments and no one told us that ours will be on a different location, quite far from the others and a lot more basic and simple than the advertised. Actually, we expected what we saw in listing, but got something different. Also, our booking was for apartment with sauna, there wasn't. Overall, the apartment was great, comfortable and warm, but...

"Sowohl die Unterkunft als auch das Frühstück waren fantastisch! Auch der Zimmerservice war sehr gründlich. Selbst unter den Betten und in den Ecken war kein Staubkorn zu finden."

"Ottima posizione, struttura nuova e ben curata con tutto il necessario, da consiliare e da riprenotare se torniamo a Rovaniemi! Una settimana in 4 persone, tutte contente! Grazie"
