Tenby is a charming coastal town, famous for its colourful harbour, medieval town walls, cobbled streets and beautiful sandy beaches. From the harbour, you can take a boat trip to nearby Caldey Island, enjoy a fishing excursion or explore the coastline on a sightseeing trip.


Set on Tenby's golden North Beach, 1 Sunny Cove is a lovely two-bedroom apartment enjoying wonderful views across the beach, harbour and bay. The apartment is light and airy, with large windows making the most of its enviable coastal position.


Just 20 steps from the apartment, you can have your toes in the sand, making it wonderfully easy to enjoy a morning stroll along the beach, a day beside the sea or a coffee watching the sunrise. The Pembrokeshire Coast Path also runs nearby, while Tenby's shops, cafés, restaurants and harbour are all within easy walking distance.


The open-plan living and dining room has French doors leading onto the balcony, while the kitchen also enjoys views across the harbour. Both bedrooms benefit from sea views, and there is a small, paved terrace by the entrance where you can enjoy a little alfresco time.


With the beach and town so close, 1 Sunny Cove is an ideal base for a relaxing seaside escape in the heart of Tenby.


The Property


Access to 1 Sunny Cove is through a public garden leading down towards North Beach. There are approximately 59 steps to the apartment, followed by a further three steps to the entrance. The apartment is all on one level.


Enter the property into the hallway with doors to all rooms.

A bright and comfortable open-plan space with spectacular views across North Beach and Tenby Harbour. There is generous seating, a Smart TV, DAB Bluetooth radio and a dining area for guests to enjoy meals together.


French doors open onto the decked balcony with seating for two – a lovely spot for your morning coffee or an evening drink.

The separate fitted kitchen is well equipped for your self-catering holiday and has lovely views across the harbour and bay.

There is no private parking. Limited roadside parking may be available nearby, with North Beach Car Park being the closest pay and display car park. Parking permits may also be available from Pembrokeshire County Council.
