Amazing and Large lake property with modern kitchen and appliances and large upper and lower decks with the most amazing views of Watts Bar Lake and the rolling hills. You will never so a more beutiful sunset over the lake than here. You have access to two boat slips at the community dock (many larger family groups bring two boats) which is a 5 min walk from the property or a short golf cart ride. yes, you can use the golf cart to go to dock, bring your toys down to the lake and/or check out the area. You have to go down some stairs to access the dock, this may be difficult for people with disabilities (see pictures so you can decide). There is an inflatable 2 man kayak and raft you can use at your own risk to boat and float and do a little fishing. some water toys as well as a few life jackets. Also a few fishing poles and light fishing tackle you can use if you did not bring your own. This property is very private and toward the end of the road so you will hear no road noise, just an occasional boat driving by and the birds. Sit on the deck and watch the deer, birds and beautiful lake and hills. Home has three stories. Main floor has kitchen living spaces and the master bedroom/Bath and access to the large upper deck with enough chairs for everyone as well as a guest 1/2 bath. The upper level has two bedrooms with a Jack and Jill bath between them, each with their own toilet and a laundry room with washer and dryer. Next to the laundry room is a bonus room with bunk bed (2 twins). The lower level has a full bathroom and large bedroom there is a two full size beds and a twin in this room. This area also has a small gym with exercise equipment to keep you in shape if you so desire during your vacation as well as a foosball table. The bottom level also has a patio with great views of the lake and access to the grass area in the yard. Covered parking right in front of the house keeps your car out of the weather. Plenty of games and books and puzzles in the cabinets for you to enjoy and lots more. Sand harbor beach and many other great places to visit on your boat are a just a short boat ride away. Fishing from the dock is one of my favorite things to do and you almost always catch something from catfish to crapie. This is the perfect place for large family gatherings, and there have been many.
