It’s a two-story home, fully renovated with a sparkling private pool. We are very close to both Playa Flamingo and Playa Potrero. Take a 10-minute walk to The Beach House restaurant, or schedule a fishing/boat tour. Looking to add additional services to your stay? Casa Marina Bahia is in the desirable Coastal Zone, meaning it is just 50 meters from the Pacific Ocean, on Calle Playa Sur (translates to `Beach Street South`) in Portrero Bay, Guanacaste, Costa Rica.

-We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
-Security Cameras: One in the lock box, one in the column of the house looking towards the gate, one in the right hallway looking towards the front of the house, one in the left hallway looking towards the back garden.
*Important* If you are a Costa Rica resident booking with a local credit card, you will get charged IVA from your bank automatically aside from the AirBNB tax and will need to handle this directly with your bank. This is a separate localized fee that is done automatically outside of AirBNB.
