Certain destinations are preferable in the winter or the summer, but what's so fantastic about Riverside is that you have everything you need regardless of the season. If you're in town for a festival at Telluride Town Park, this is a wonderfully convenient location; if you're here to ski, even better! The complex is located just three blocks from Main Street and the gondola, and just five blocks from Town Park. You're truly in the center of it all.

This condo provides great space for you and your loved ones to congregate, including a deck overlooking the San Miguel River and the River Trail, and an open-concept living space with sight lines from the well-equipped kitchen to the gas fireplace in the living room. With comfortable furnishings, a parking space in the lot outside, and even a shared hot tub, this is a fantastic location with wonderful amenities.

The Latitude 38 Clubhouse is a private hangout for our guests. Expect unmatched service at a convenient location, ski lockers, concierge services, a cozy lounge, free WiFi, coffee, and snacks!

THINGS TO KNOW
As part of your stay with us, you will have access to the clubhouse. This facility is located in the heart of Mountain Village and is complete with ski lockers (limited availability & by request), on-site concierge services, free Wi-Fi, and coffee.
The hot tubs are closed during the fall and spring off-seasons for regular maintenance.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Excellent location, very comfortable

Four of us stayed five nights for the bluegrass festival. The unit was very clean, and well kept. We never felt crowded. It's a great location; 10 minute walk to Town Park, 5 minute walk to the gondola, and five minute walk to downtown. Peaceful, quiet, and very comfortable!

Wedding - Getaway with Friends

This condo was in the perfect location. It was fully renovated and close to everything in downtown Telluride and a quick gondola ride into Mountain Village. We will definitely keep the info on this condo and would love to stay there again on a future trip.

Although the property was lovely, and the location was perfect, we were given incomplete WiFi instructions, and couldn’t get the issue resolved even with many emails, texts and calls to Vacasa. Very disappointing considering the cost of this property.

Great location, poor customer service from Vacasa

The property itself is great and very clean. About 1 hour prior to check-in, Vacasa sent us an email saying the previous occupant broke the washing machine. I was supposed to be there for 1 week with my wife and kids and to not have a washing machine with ZERO remedies is outrageous. Called every single day to try and get it fixed but no one would return my call. Better hope everything is working at your rentals because they WILL NOT return your calls/emails.

Really nice and clean, well appointed place in town

We would definitely come back. The place was clean, spacious and very well appointed, everything new, good WiFi, smart TV, etc. the location was right in town so easy walk to restaurants. It was a good, solid 3 blocks to the gondola, so I would recommend the ski valet in the mountain village If you want to make your life easier on a multi-day trip

Could be a smoother arrival

The property is very nice. Location is great. I have stayed in simpler places in the past. As I was arriving, the woman leaving told me she couldn't get into the place when she arrived and had to wait for 45 minutes for someone to come and help her. I dropped my bags, went for a hike and shopping for coffee, etc, and when I returned at 7:10, hungry and tired, I could not get in. I got on the phone and had to wait as the woman reprogrammed the door. Waited 20 or 30 minutes on the steps. Eventually she told me how to get into the keybox. Two days later the repair guy came to fix the electronic key pad and we realized I had been told the wrong info. Honestly, it's not the worst thing in the world, but when you're paying al ot of money for a condo, you don't want to be sitting on the steps. Also, it's the third time I've rented in Telluride and the place was barren. Salt and pepper only. In other units, less expensive, they left me some coffee and sugar packets to get started with. I have been left a bottle of wine for the night I arrive and snacks, but always a bit of coffee. Those little gestures are greatly appreciated. All that being said, the unit is very nice and the location is great. I rented for my 80 year old mother to join me and finally see Telluride and experience the wine festival, but she got sick, so I enjoyed by myself. Did some great hikes.

Love everything about it! Quiet yet convenient to all of our favorite restaurants. Quick walk to the Gondola. Overlooks the river and walking trail. Molton Brown Body Wash was a treat. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook.
