Luxurious Condo Next to the Ski Area in Mountain Village Core

Comfortable, 650 square foot unit perfect for a couple or a couple with one child. Ski-in, ski-out so very convenient to skiing.
Day bed in living area provides extra sleeping. There is also an air mattress and sleeping bag for a fourth person.
No neighbors above, below or on either side of this condominium.
It is a nicely finished, very comfortable and loved by all who stay there.
It is close walking distance to the gondola, ski school, hiking trails and on the edge of the cvillage ore, 1 mins walk from the bars and restaurants.
You can ski out the back of the building to the bottom of lift 1. You can ski back in on the Peaks trail.
TV service is a smart TV only. No cable or dish. You wil be give a HULUTV access password to use on that TV only during your stay. Has washer /drier
No parking included. You do not need a car for anything during your stay here. If you are driving to your stay, you can park directly under the building for $40 a day, or in the gondola structure parking by grocery store for $30 per day, free 5 mins gondola ride back to condo. My very fair rate considers the added expense of parking if you have a car.
Please note that we must collect and remit Town of Mtn Village Lodging (sales/excise/) taxes and fees. This is included in our nightly fee. Separately, HomeAway/VRBO collects State of Colorado and San Miguel County lodging taxes.

This condo was very conveniently located to the village and the gondolas to the market and to Telluride. Was nice to be able to hop on the closest ski run located on the backside of the condo. The host could not have been any better in communication. Very responsive and very accommodating. We loved our stay here!

Short stay

All’s well until my wife fell skiing on her second run and broke her arm. We returned home the next day. Rare for someone who’s skied over 40 years all over the world, but such is life. Doing better now 6 days post injury. The property was lovely, great location, great price.

Great location and unit

Very nice unit. Perfect for one adult and a 13yo. Very short walk to gondola to get to the town (grocery store) and to the ski lift or gondola to get to the slopes. My husband said this was the perfect location and a really nice unit.Washer/dryer in-unit meant they could pack very little for their 8d stay.

Wonderful Ski Condo

We had a wonderful stay at this perfectly located and well maintained condo. The on-site ski locker was super convenient. You gotta love being five minutes from the main chairlift! We look forward to coming back again soon!

Great weather, great condo!

When we arrived, we realized we had stayed in this same condo years earlier and we had a wonderful visit again! Denise was very helpful, answering questions. We like to cook and enjoyed the kitchen. The condo has a great location and was quiet in the evenings. Great experience!

Cozy & convenient!

My husband and I stayed for a winter ski getaway. The condo was walking distance from everything you need (gondolas, mountain village, bars/restaurants). There was plenty of space, free ski locker downstairs, and the property manager answered my questions promptly. Would stay again!

Awesome stay at this convenient, fully equipped condo in Mountain Village. The host is an absolute delight to work with and really tries to meet your needs. The condo is clean, comfortable and has all the amenities one would need for a great stay !!! Will be back again !

Great stay!

The pictures dont do this place justice. The bedroom is a little tight, but was great for what we needed, and the bed was the most comfortable we slept in on our 18 day trip. The kitchen had what we needed, and the condo was very comfortable. It was nice to not have neighbors above, below, or beside us. The whole building is small, so there isn't a lot of traffic in that regard either. As far as location goes, this could not be any better. Less than 5 minute walk to the free gondola, and only a couple minutes to coffee, dining, and a few shops. The free gondola had gorgeous views and meant we were only 12ish minutes to Telluride. Do be prepared for the altitude of Mountain Village, though, at around 9,500 feet elevation. Lovely stay and priced very fairly. Would stay again!

Great location and perfect size

We needed an affordable, centrally located rental and we’re lucky enough to find this gem! It was so easy to access all of our events and activities throughout the day, and the size and layout were just right for our needs. Denise was incredible to work with - very responsive and helpful. Convenient and comfortable

Condo is just as described. Convenient to ski lifts and restaurants in Mountain Village. Gondolas to downtown Telluride as well as to grocery store are very close (and free). Condo has humidifier which is helpful due to dry air at such high elevation, daybed comfortable for 3rd person, super water pressure, jacuzzi tub nice for after skiing! Owner, Denise, is great to work with; responds immediately to any questions!

Great place - Great Stay!!

Great location and a great unit. Very easy for ski-in/ski-out. Ski locker downstairs was huge and easy to navigate, and located directly under the condo, so really close. Condo was equipped with everything we needed, and everything was in great condition. Needed a little help getting in to the unit on arrival, and Denise was immediately available to give us a hand, then checked in with us to make sure everything was working. She was an excellent host! Would definitely stay here again!

Staying at this property was a great experience overall. It's in very close walking distance to Ski basin, shops and restaurants. Denise was responsive and helpful, I would definitely recommend this property.
